Well worth the money. RMR and Holosun(Update)
This is a fantastic plate for Glock MOS pistols. I'm using the Holosun he508t. The factory Glock plates leave an open space at the front and rear this plate fills the space to make it look like it should. This is a real company selling a quality product.I'm a little puzzled by the use of button head screws for the Holosun, but I'm sure they done their homework.(Update I bought some Flat head 4-40 × 5/16 to replace the button head screws.Because I'm kinda picky.) Added a picture of the 4-40×5/16 I bought on Amazon.I'm happy with what I got. Keep the 2nd Amendment alive!

For this amount of money it should fit...
After reading the reviews and watching the video's I was excited to buy this mount for my red dot sight. I have a G19 G5 MOS and ordered it after asking a question if it would fit. The seller answered yes. I received it in short order. The packages has 3 bags of screws labeled M3, RMR and Holo, along with the mount and a hex key. I read the directions and identified the Holo and M3 screws as what was needed for my install. First problem: The M3 screw heads are too shallow for the wrench to fit. Then the Holo screws were too long and press against the mounting plate. I tried to call the supplied company number on the card... No answer I left a voicemail, then I composed an email to him. Both were 3 days ago, STILL NO ANSWER... For this amount of money it should fit right? Well I went with the Glock supplied RMR mount and screws. 5 minutes I was done.Over the last couple of days, I called only to receive his answering machine. I also contacted Amazon to start the refund process because I can't even get a replacement (no longer for sale on Amazon). Good ol made in the USA huh. Don't get me wrong, the mount fit like a glove, it's the screws that don't fit and the lack of customer service or what I call lack of ownership is what gave this product a 2 star rating

Garbage screws.
I went to remove my Holosun red dot today and the screw CHPWS sent me got damage and didn't come out. I'm a tech-addicted and love to take care of my things, but the quality of the new screws they provide with this plate is just garbage. It was almost impossible to remove my red dot and after all of that, I had to waste more money to send to the plate back for a refund of the cost of the plate. I should've listened to the other reviewer and bought 3rd party screws for it. Also, I won't buy anything else that is not "Amazon Prime" with free returns.

Mounting an RMR on a Glock? READ THIS!
Usually I never write any product reviews, but this time I really couldn't resist. If you buy a Glock Gen 5 MOS and mount a RMR, you won't fire but a few rounds before your RMR is bouncing all over the place due to the short screws coming loose. The V3 mounting plate solves the problem by using a thinner plate with sleeves in the mounting holes. Using narrower screws there is more thread area for the screw to bite. The end result is no more loose screws. An added bonus with the use of the thinner plate is the lowering of the RMR , which allows my suppressor sights to sit a little higher in the RMR window appearing more like a lower 1/3 coexistence . The V3 plate isn't cheap, but it solves two problems and does it well. A good stripped aftermarket slide can easily cost $300 and up. It's a good solution for this Glock fiasco.

Works fine, replaced bad screws though.
Plate is much better designed than the old Vortex Venom one I had. The 4 posts will keep the optic alignment better, and give more thread engagement for the two rear posts. The plate to slide screws could be a bit longer though just to be safe, but with an optic on they shouldn't back out. As far as the other screws go, I cannot try them with an optic yet to see of the Holosun one fits, had to RMA the optic, ugh. My gripe with the screws is the wrench/screwhead used is too small, so of you loctite the optic to plate screws as you should, you may not be able to get them out when the time comes. On top of that, the screws to mount the optic use a tinier wrench which is not included. But at least mine came with flatheads and not the button cap screws. In fact, my old venom plate had the plate/slide screws stuck and I had to dremel into the plate and screws, making a long notch for a screwdriver to remove them. Good reason to NOT use such a tiny screw head.UPDATE: Plate works fine so far. I used flathead phillips screws to get more torque than the god awful T1/2 drives that strip when loctited. Which you'll need to do if using your gun hard. Survived my rapid fire 50 rounds, which the original plates didn't.

Major improvement over Glock MOS plates!
150% improvement from Glock MOS plates, excellent fit n finish. And came with correct length screws that securely mount RMR to plate, unlike the Glock MOS screws that are too short or RMR screws that are to long. I ran 200rds through gun and screws never came loose, didn't even use loctite on RMR screws to plate.

Beefy
Very well made. Solid design. I like the Chicago screw type base because it locks the RMR down from all axis points. The only minor negative I have is the screws for the optic didn’t match the driver for the base & the tool wasn’t included. I have my own set of drivers & a torque driver, but others may not. Not a problem to lose a star over. Excellent product.

Excellent
I love the way my rmr fits to my MOS Glock now, for the longest time the gap between slide and optic upset me, this is making the best out of a less than desirable situation. I just do not want to buy a new slide. Only thing I don’t care for is both my screws stripped out, not sure of the material they are made of, and I know I maybe over torqued them. So it’s not their fault as much as mine, but using a hand pound torque wrench I only went to 15, and the first one stripped completely, the second I can probably back out but it’ll most likely ruin it the rest of the way. But those are screws, the mount is awesome. I can’t explain it enough how good of a product it has been for me so far.
