I like this dried coconut
I like this dried coconut. Lots of flavor. I use it for cookies, of course, but I also like to add it to a nut mixture with dark chocolate pieces and craisins for a snack. I'd like it a little better if the pieces were a little bigger, but shredded is shredded, right?

It is very flaky and goes nicely in some of my recipes
It is very flaky and goes nicely in some of my recipes. I like that it is unsweetened as I am on the keto diet and cant have too much sugar. a little bland by itself but that is to be expected with dried unsweetened coconut.

Keto friendly coconut flakes
As a keto dieter I’m always looking for tasty affordable and carb conscious additions. These were like little flakes of coconut, one thought about adding nuts and hemp hearts for breakfast. They were affordable and in a nice o oz bag.

Just what i needed
I had a hard time finding large flake Coconut in the stores so I turned to Amazon. This was perfect to make Coconut Bacon. Fresh product.

My Chinchilla loves them.
There ok but I bought them for my chinchilla and he loves them. Very healthy for him and his fur. I put a little with some rose hips in his food bowl for a treat.

Dry
I think the coconut chips were too dry. I want something to be more like fresh coconut. Perhaps spraying some coconut oil on them would help. Other than that they were ok.

Terrible Taste
We love dried coconut and decided to give this one a try. Unfortunately, our bag had a strange chemical flavor and was inedible. I am hopeful that was a fluke, but we were terribly disappointed. Not worth the money. And of course, Amazon won't refund food products, so this one was a waste of money.
