Take them anywhere in your pocket when out and the heat is long lasting.
Having had a collapsed lung and having to have it drained my ribs hurt when I get cold; these bags are small enough to fit under the arm and without the bag I would get no relief from the pain at all. I love this product but they are damp when they are new but if you heat them up on some kitchen towel it helps to dry them out so that you don't get damp.

Bought as a present for someone and as i get the same problem with my hands they bought me some i would definately recommend the heat lasts a long time and you have the option to choose wether you want scented with lavendar or without the price is excellent also.

I suffer with migraines and these bags are very helpful ...
I suffer with migraines and these bags are very helpful. I used to used wet flannels placed in the fridge but these bags are much easier to use. Just put the bags in a plastic freezer bag and keep in the freezer. They retain the cold temperature much longer than the cold flannels.

Smelt really bad, felt damp once hot
Smelt really bad, felt damp once hot. Didn’t hold heat for long at all. Threw them in bin as waste of money, very disappointing.
