I purchased this with a discount and got it for $68, which I thought was low enough to take the risk.PROS:The instructions are readable and cover the functions, as well as description of the preset programs and a few exercises. The item seems well-built and reliable so far (only been a week). Been using it every day though and I am still happy with it.CONS:The item is plainly built in China (by Genki) but sold by someone else here on Amazon. Therefore there is no [easy] way to contact the maker to ask questions.It comes with what seems to be a dust cover, and also a little machine-sized pad or blanket; maybe that is for use when you sit on it or something...don't know because not mentioned in the instructions and no one to ask.The settings go from 1-120, but what I wanted to know is what that translates to in Hertz. By using an app and my phone's accelerometer, my result was that 1 = ~5.7 Hz (cycles per second) and 120 = ~10.7 Hz. Not sure if that is very accurate, but it DOES seem to me that on 1, it goes back and forth about 5 times per second.

very fast delivery, i opened the box right after the delivery. the device is kind of heavy and spacious, so i need to figure out where to put in my bedroom. i plugged in the power cord, the purple LED on both side lit up instantly. i step on it and try. it isnt too hard to keep the balance on the device. but i like sitting on the device the most, because i think the vibration can ease my back sore and when i stand up i feel relaxed.for people who may suffer sore mascle problem they may try this relatively inexpensive device. i see there are some more fancy devices available like the one with a strudy holder like treadmills，i dont think it is that necessary as you can always.put your device around the corner of your room and you can just lean on it when vibrating. it is a very worthy purchase that feel like massage but way cheaper and i hope it will last more years.

I bought this to increase circulation and reduce inflammation. I've had it for a short time but so far I like it. I find that when I'm tired, I hop on and it gives me a burst of energy. I also feel my knees and legs are stronger too.

This vibration plate is such a great item! I have recurring stress fractures in my feet which make it hard to even walk much for exercise. I have read about these helping rebuild and strengthen bones, so I'm really hoping it will help my feet while helping me lose some weight and work on my joints and muscles all at once! It's so easy to do, it doesn't take up much space, and it is only 15 minutes a day a few times a week. I'm very pleased to have found one for my home.

i like it n really good to do exercise at home but it’s a bit loud.

Good product. I use it every since I got it. Wish it will work for me.
