Screws are missing. Only for one hanger 4 screws are provided.
Product is good. But packing very bad. So screws for two hangers missing. Not packed in a box. Think screws lost while transportation.

not used a towel stand, but rather a broom stand
This is one of the best purchases that we made for our brooms (not towels). So I can't comment if it doesn't rust etc., but we had some Indian (regular) brooms that kept on falling off (which we normally keep behind doors). I looked at the dimensions in the pics and they were accurately depicted. I needed a small one which has enough gap between itself and the wall (so the broom can be put it). Installation was easy, just make holes and secure it with screws. Importantly it helped my mum a lot.
