The media could not be loaded.  Wow! I’m really impressed with this digital photo frame! The picture quality is outstanding first off. All the pictures I loaded onto it look very crisp and sharp. The viewing angle is also very impressive, you can see it from any angle in the room without any change to the quality. It was super easy to put picture on it. All I did was load up a usb drive and plug it in and it worked prefect. It used a 32 gb usb drive, loaded about 4000 pictures and music, with lots of room to spare, and it worked just fine. The sound quality is really nice too and it is also very easy to load on to it. I just added it with the pictures to the usb drive and the frame found it immediately. I bought it for my mother’s birthday and she loved it. She was so happy because she said pictures nowadays just sit on computers and phones and no one ever looks at them unless there are posted on social media but now, they are always on display! That is unless you walk out the the room it’s in, because it has a motion detector that turns it on and off! It’s a cool feature that saves money on power, even though I don’t think it uses a ton of power, it’s nice and works great! Another nice thing is that is comes with a 12 month warranty, and you can register it to get another 6 months! Overall, I am extremely satisfied, and having past memories play on it is priceless! 10/10

We got this digital picture frame on a lightning deal and are very happy with the price we paid for it. It cost about as much as most 7 inch picture frames cost as the final price. The 10.1 inch screen is a good size. It has a really sharp and clear screen and is bright enough to see without issues. It turned on quickly and responds rapidly to commands from the remote. We had no issues using a 128gb SD card in it. We plugged it in and the images started displaying immediately in slideshow format. It was not difficult to set the correct date and time for it. We haven't used it for other features though I think we may have some videos we took on it as well.This frame does not have onboard memory for image storage and requires either USB or SD Card memory to be installed. There is no wifi feature for internet or locally shared image folders either. The lack of these features probably accounts for the really good price we paid for it. Obviously, money would have to be spent on memory in some format but we already had an extra SD card to work with so it doesn't factor into our cost.I would recommend this frame to someone looking for a high quality frame to display family or vacation photos, but doesn't feel it is necessary to have wifi on the frame and has an extra SD card or a good size USB drive to use with the frame or doesn't mind the additional cost of one of those devices.As a side note, my wife loved the messaging on the box.

Got this for my elderly mother who is not technical, in order for her to see pictures of her great grandchildren! Received a good price on this 10.1 inch digital photo frame. The picture quality is phenomenal! And it resizes larger pictures to fit the screen resolution, and automatically orients each photo correctly. The motion sensor works great too, and automatically resumes the photo slideshow where it left off when it senses motion again. It also plays the loaded music along with the picture slideshow!With the exception of a minor cosmetic flaw it works perfectly and wasn’t necessary to return it. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.MRQ support was helpful and they extended my frame warranty to 18 months for me!I do recommend MRQ products as their prices are much more reasonable than digital photo frames costing twice as much and in my opinion work just as well!

I have only been able to get this electronic frame to work once since I ordered it. I read and followed the directions exactly and the only time I got it to work it took 2 days for the photos to advance. I had to unplug the frame to reach another plug and since that time (3 days ago) I haven't been able to get it to work. Again, I pulled out the instructions and followed them exactly. For some reason the remote doesn't work with the frame either. It has been 3 days now and the pictures have never come up. I wanted to return it but I noticed the final date for returns was yesterday so I am stuck with something else to throw away. Why does a seemingly simple device be so difficult to operate? It would be nice if I could get a refund anyway since I've had such a pain with it from the beginning. A good comment --- The pictures were very sharp and crisp when the frame worked. A reply would be nice.NEW REVIEW: Amazon's representative, Ann, contacted me and sent me another photo frame right away. I took it out of the box, plugged it in the wall, inserted my snap drive, and didn't even have to push play!!! It started right up. The pictures are sharp and clear and everything is wonderful again. Thank you Ann!!!

This photo frame is awesome! The 10 inch screen is a great size and very clear quality. It is a large screen at a lower cost than other available options. The setup was super easy. All I had to do was put photos on a flash drive and plug it in! It automatically started playing the photos for me. It automatically rotates the photos for you. You can change the setting to play the photos in random order. It also comes with a remote which is very convenient. There are other options such as video and calendar functions but I have not tried to use those yet.
