Smells ok before it’s lit, after it’s lit plan to smell like cigarette smoke until you shower.While these Moxa sticks may have lots of other applications, I bought them for an attempt at moxibustion to flip my breech baby - they were the wrong kind. Buy smokeless Moxa sticks for moxibustion (they look like small charcoal cigars and do not smell when lit).

I didn't kind the smell but could see how it might linger inside.I don't know if it was the moxa stick, but baby did start moving and turned.These are also great for sore and tired muscles. I used on self and outside of home. When I used it in the front yard, it kept the bad vibes and energy away...for real. When I smudged myself with it, the energy that people gravitated to me was clean, pure, gentle, and kind. It lasted for approximately 2 days, nevertheless it felt good. If you're looking for something to clear your spirit, tension in the body, and living space buy it. Despite the strong and suspicious order, it works very well on subtle frequencies.

This was recommended as a follow up to acupuncture and herbal remedies to treat knee pain by a Chinese medical doctor. It smells like marijuana and it is strong!!!!!! After a few minutes my entire 3500 sq ft home reeked. I have no prior experience with a product of this nature. Maybe it is expected. I don’t know.

Tried using to flip my breech baby but in the process smelled like a legitimate chain smoker for days after only using twice for 10 minutes each. Only use if you have the option to use outside otherwise definitely not worth the smell- all the smoke can’t be safe for baby!

Unfortunately I am sensitive to the odor produced when using these, recommended by my acupuncturist. Good product, just not for me.

The product was loosely packed, it was opened and some of the moxa sticks were broken .I will not buy this brand again
