The little octopus one is very cute and made with that quick dry material for the water. While it is reversible, the solid blue side doesn’t have the side snap option or the chin strap option as there is no slit for the straps to go through. You can’t really see it in the picture, but it’s there. I saw it after I got it. Going to keep it, but disappointed I can’t use the chin strap on that color because that was the main side I planned to use it on. Also, for sizing, go with your child’s clothes size. My 9 month old is in 18 month clothes and I got the 2-4t for room to grow. It’s not too big which is great! I had purchased an 18 month size hat that fit twice and that’s it.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to say they thought of everything. It came with a little detachable strap rhat is the same print as the rest of the hat. And in case the circumference of your child's head is smaller you can adjust the circumfrence with the elastic loop. The hat is light weight and not so thick that it will cause your kiddo to sweat. My niece absolutely loves it and prefers to wear it without the strap. The strap is also adjustable / removable. The hat is easy to wash and hasn't faded or shrunk from multiple washes.

It was difficult to find a good hat for such a small head, I was happy to find this in size 0-3 months rather than 0-12 and such! The hat fit his head comfortably at 2 - 3 1/2 months, with a little room. 4 stars because the straps are pretty much useless. They are so loose and don't do anything to hold the hat in place so I constantly had to turn the hat as it would move sideways. Would have preferred that it was adjustable but served the purpose for a couple of pool days. I did put sunscreen on his head so can't attest to whether or not it blocked the sun, but it seems thick enough.

It’s nice, texture is good too. It’s a bit bigger but my babies head is super small it always has been so I probably should of went down a size but she’ll grow into it.

Adorable!! Good quality. Love that you can change the style by securing the sides up on each side. The adjustable chin strap is a must. Fits well on my 7 month old grandson.

Hat cotton, western cowboy design. The thickness is right, not only the sunscreen, but also the heat of the sun. I bought the hat before buying UV protection, but it is not breathable, it is very stuffy, it will sweat, and the sun will be hot. This hat is perfect for kids

The hat is cute. The reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c the strap that goes underneath the l.o.’s chin needs to have velcro. It dangles way below my child’s chin
