You do not want to do this job twice. Get OEM.
Immediately got a P0128 code: Thermostat Clamped open.Anyone that has done this job or has looked into replacing this thermostat knows it is involves coolant dripping in your face while you're unhooking hoses on your back in extremely tight quarters. Just spend the extra money and get the OEM part, it's not worth the savings to have to do it twice(which I did). OEM is working perfectly getting me up to temp on time. Don't mess around with this crap.

Great product for the money
Was a little skeptical about ordering an part for my BMW off Amazon, but it fits and works like it should. Was in a bind because I was out of town and all the parts stores wanted 350 or better

Worked for less than a year
I don't recommend this particular product.We bought it in January 2023. It started failing in December 2023. It had been replaced after code and check engine light finally came on. It cracked and antifreeze was leaking close by the electrical connection. It has been replaced with an other one. Not the same obviously.
