I always worry about buying supplements online as I don’t want to take a knock off. This is legit and doesn’t taste like anything. This is always out of stock in stores so this is way better than searching all the pharmacies. I personally didn’t notice a change in energy or sleep or mood but ymmv

I took two before bed and I had a nauseated feeling. I haven't taken any since then.Sad because I had high hopes. I'm sure that there are others who are happy with it.

We usually get these from the Kaiser pharmacy, but because of shelter in place, we decided to look for it elsewhere. The price on amazon is even better than Kaiser, and it was delivered quickly! Highly recommend!

I usually take 5htp in 100mg since that's usually the size you find in most pharmacies so it was quite strange to find this in a larger dose than usual. You should make sure that you're used to 5htp before trying this one since i wouldn't recommend taking such a large dose if you have never taken it before. However if you've taken 5htp before I highly recommend this product since it does it's job and helps when you're on a comedown after a rave or festival.

I have tried many brands. Some I feel no differences with. This one helps with anxiety the best. I take one each night helps with work related stress

Helps to calm my thoughts. I take it at night when I am ready to go to sleep.
