Bit disappointing
The idea of the light waking you up definately works but I have a few gripes about this alarm. Firstly the 'nature' sounds are a bit tinny. When the alarm first goes off it will continue for a minute before going onto snooze for 5 mins. Good idea BUT after about a minute the light goes out which defeats the object of the light waking you up as, once plunged into darkness again you start to fall asleep again! After the second alarm, if you let it run again for the minute it does not set another snooze, so there is a risk of falling back to sleep again once the light goes out. I still use my old alarm as a back up. Being one of the cheaper alarms on the market I guess you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for
The nature sounds are very tinny & the 'rising sun' is not effective enough to wake me up. The set-up instructions are complicated. I don't think this clock is worth £13.99 & I have seen it advertised for up to £30 on other websites! To be honest I am disappointed as I was expecting better quality.

Not worth the money
The clock is not backlit so you cannot see the time if you wake during the night. There is no snooze button either. Alarm sounds for abut 10 seconds then switches off (light goes out also) About 5-10 minutes later it sounds again and the light comes back on. It then stops again and that is it, doesn't come back on. I have to have my phone alarm on next to it in case this doesn't wake me up! very disappointing.

Reading the reviews I was wary about buying the product, it's ok the best one available. The sounds are not realistic as someone has already stated! Also once I received the package the boxing was all squashed and ruined around the light so not good packing or wrapping

Waste of money!
Started off fine but after a week - every time you turn off alarm - it would need resetting completely! The year, day and time all over again!Guess you get what u pay for !

Not as good as expected.
I was very disappointed as it was quite complicated to work and when I did finally set it up the alarm did not come on but the light did and I wanted it the other way around. Also I was charged return postage by seller.

used this in our old flat which had no bedroom window, was great to encourage natural waking.

Cheap, poor sound. Cheap quality product.
Sound is tinny and artificial - not natural or relaxing! Product feels very cheap & as is if it will break with ease. Used for a week & after contacting company I ordered from & receiving largely disinterested response about the poor quality I ended up taking to a charity shop. Poor quality product - money lost.
