Arrived right on time! The package looked like it received a few dings along the way but I’m sure that’s from the delivery process more than the sender. In fact the last leg in the delivery process included a driver who didn’t have a hand truck to complete the process, he had to borrow one from my neighbor.Anyway, once it was fully delivered things progressed rather quickly. I strongly suggest opening the bottom first and removing the packaging that way. So so easy. In fact it practically put itself together after that. In fact I didn’t even see the instructions until halfway through. So glad I hadn’t missed anything.Now, please consider I was assembling this the day after a cardiac stress test. And halfway into it found the instructions. The most difficult part of the assembly was attaching the “wings” on the top. It took a few tries to get them right but they’re in a track system. So they have to be done right. I don’t know anyone who couldn’t have gotten it right including my 10 year old and my mechanically challenged sister. Seriously incredibly easy!Now, for the chair itself. There was 1 spot the filling wasn’t entirely out of sight. Other than that, nothing out of place. The fabric I already knew was a vinyl pleather like substance. It’s actually fairly comfortable for now. I suspect on hot days it may be a little less so as I anticipate getting stuck but not like the 70s pleather sears of old. All functions work very well. The seat is very accommodating. I’m not a little girl by any means. And there’s room a plenty for me. Better yet it doesn’t suck up all the space in my living room to accommodate it. It doesn’t feel flimsy at all either. As long as the lift and massage functions don’t wear out I can see it lasting a very long time. I am a teeny disappointed the massage controller doesn’t remember what it was set at when turned off/ back on. But that’s a very small thing considering the whole of it.Wanted to discuss the color. It’s listed as brown but it falls somewhere between brown and purple in my led lighting. It doesn’t matter to me personally but I know some people are pickier than me. Personally it works with my decor.All-in-all it’s a good purchase and if I hadn’t already bought a chair for my child I’d have gotten her one of these!

The material it is made from is a little stiff; but at the same time this material gives it a slightly formal look. I am very happy with this recliner because it is perfect for my small studio apartment because it does not take up a lot of space. I am 5’6” and the bottom of the recliner just comes to my ankles. Regardless, it is still very comfortable to me. The price was exceptional on this recliner. But I do fear that it will probably not last as long as high quality recliners, but then I did not pay $600 either. Overall I am satisfied with the recliner and my purchase.
