One of the best sardines great as is. But it really is on another level when you add the following: garlic, tomatoes, green onion, regular onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and olive oil.

I did over 20 years in a military infantry unit. This was some of the worst tasting sardines I have ever had. They also have a no return policy on them. Just awful 😖

Red sauce to sweet for my taste. Sardines heavy it's just so so . And I would not buy again I have been trying a lot of different ones .

Love love love these fried sardines with black beans. I have been trying for a long time to find the Ayam brand but to no longer find them near me, this is the only other company I've found that sells fried sardines. They have a great solid texture once they are afraid, and black bean sauce is the perfect accompaniment. This brand also adds some tomato to it, which is different from the Ayam brand. I realized the tomato balances the saltiness of the black bean beautifully. I will be purchasing more of these. They are one of my favorite treats :-)
