This was bought for my 2 and 3 year old girls. They love it. They'll be using it for years to come. My 3 year old calls it her 'treehouse' and has put fairy lights on it. The 2 year old needs help to climb the steps but give it another 6 months and she'll be able to do it unassisted. I built this myself with the help of my brother and we managed it in an afternoon. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this to friends and family. Very pleased with it

This play/climbing frame is very sturdy and my grandsons love it. It is weathering very well. They make dens underneath and love the slide especially. This went beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend it!

Today (5/6/21) we received our order of the Wickey play park. We started to unpack and build as soon as it was delivered. We soon realised after following instructions that the roof for playhouse is in one sheet which we are expected to cut ourselves, surely this should be precut to ensure we have enough fabric? Also. The roof for the playhouse is very flimsy and we have found it, extremely difficult to assemble. Very unhappy with the way this item has been sold. For the price paid (just under £600) we expect better! We now have 3 very disappointed children, as we are at a stand still with fitting their play park, which may I add, they have excitedly and patiently waited for, for weeks and now left disappointed!! Really not happy with this product!!

Good quality sturdy & well made piece of equipment. Went together easily & looks great. Kids love it, aged 2, 5 & 9. Great for all ages.

The quality of the wood is appalling. Many of the pieces are split and all edges are jagged, guaranteeing any child Using this will get splinters and cuts. This would never pass a health and safety check.

Absolutely first class product and excellent after sales service.I had a few issues with damaged parts but these were replaced without fuss and within a week.This company sell quality product with great customer service.

Bellissimo, un po complicato da montare, ma ne vale la pena.

Reçu en 2 semaines au lieu des 4 semaines annoncées. Produit conforme à la description. Compter 2 grosses demi journée à 2. Notice facile à comprendre. A prix du portique, 2 petits bémols, la toile rouge pourrait être pré découpé et les autocollants découpées aussi et non fournir un carré d'adhésif blanc à découper soi-même. Sinon, bonne qualité, rien à dire

Wir benutzen nun den Spielturm jetzt schon mehrere Wochen. Die beide Kinder sind einfach begeistert. Der Turm ließ sich problemlos zusammenbauen, sieht gut aus und ist robust.Wir haben den noch gestrichen, damit er uns besser passt)))Was ich mich wünschen würde sind die Anker, die man ja sowieso braucht.Ansonsten kann ich den Spielturm 100% weiterempfehlen

⭐ cordialità venditore⭐facilità montaggio istruzioni chiare⭐felicità di mia figliaComincio con il dure che il pacco anche se ci sono stati dei problemi legati al track è arrivato in tempo.Leggevo di molti che lamentavano la gran difficoltà nel montarlo e poche istruzioni invece devo dire che non è stato èPer nulla complicato 4h era perfettamente montato e verniciato.Istruzioni chiarissime e perfette.Montato e finito è carino e soprattutto divertente per i bambini.Ho acquistato a parte un seggiolino per più piccoli.Ora però elenco i difetti che personalmente ho riscontrato che mi hanno fatto mettere solo 3 stelle.Purtroppo forse errore mio ma mi è stato quasi impossibile vederlo da subito ho trovato tre pali con un pezzo scavato marcio dovuto forse all'umidità e la mancanza di 4 assi da 80cm che purtroppo trovatomi la domenica alla fine del montaggio e non potendo attendere mi sono recato ad un bruco e 65 euro li go ricomprato.. già che ero lì ho voluto acquistare altri per irrigidimento meglio e aumentare la sicurezza come si vede da foto 2.Venditore contattato e disposto a rinviarli ma purtroppo avendo già acquistati ormai non ho bisogno,ma apprezzo la cortesia.Inoltre devo dire che io ho aggiunto delle assi di sicurezza nella foto 3 perché da disegno non ci dovevano essere ma era troppo pericoloso.Manca il foro per attaccare la canna dell'acqua allo scivolo,il tetto della casetta non è pretaglia ma non importa.Su alcune assi si vedeva il prodotto protettivo messo ma se volete un consiglio prendete come me una tolla di vernice per barche con incluso protettivo durata 10 anni..ha un costo di 60 euro ma è meglio!Ultima la qualità del legno non è buona,ogni vite che si mette partono schegge e crepe nel legno..che riducono la sicurezza e nel tempo aumentano il rischio di usura.Diciamo 50% soddisfatto
