Perfect fit
Bought this for Hp Slimline and it fit perfect and worked just like the factory power supply. Even has extra plugs to add more drives and accessories.

Satisfied switcheroo
My old power supply on my HP slimline s5150t had a faulty fan. It was an easy process to replace and now working smoothly. Cable ties are are a must because the cables of this PSU are longer than the original. One thing to note is that I received a different one than the one described. I actually received the model RP-TFX-420W with up to 420W (rated power 280W) and the other specs are slightly different +5V@12A +12V@14v -12V@0.5A +3.3V@12A +5VSB@1.5 it worked perfectly for me so no complaints. The fan is a touch loud though hence the loss of a star.

Fit perfectly in an HP Pavilion Slimline case. It's significantly louder than the OEM power supply so that's the only reason I docked it a star.

Dead after 8 days
Died after 8 days and returned. Hope this was a fluke and replacement is better.

Breathed New Life into HP s5150T
When the power supply failed in my still-quite-capable HP s5150T, I was unable to find a slimline power supply locally. This power supply came well-packaged and does everything it needs to do, so why not 5 stars? My only complaint is that the fan might be a tad louder than the OEM power supply, but you're going to be hard-pressed to find a really quiet fan that will still fit in such a small case. It's been running for only a week now. If anything changes, I'll update this review.
