6’2” 255-ish, and the 2XL works great for me. It keeps me looking slim, but no muffin or bulging anywhere. My gut pushes forward, not to the sides, so it keeps my profile nice and proportional to the rest of my body. Sometimes they up if I’m active with one on, so I typically don’t wear it if I know I’ll be doing anything active.
