The media could not be loaded.  I've been wanting to set up some LED backlighting for my desk setup and thought this set looked good. I just wanted RBG lights that I could adjust the exact values of, smartphone integration, and adhesive that wouldn't fall off within 2 minutes of securing the lights. These LED Lights by IKERY meet all of my expectations and provide a load of other cool features that nobody asked for, but they give you anyways.Everything you see pictured is included in some of the best packaging I've seen for cheap LED lights. I want to add that the extra roll of 3M adhesive is a huge bonus. I have no plan to use most of the extras they included, but it was nice they give them to you. My only complaint is that you need a bulky AC power brick to power the lights and the cable length is pretty short. I understand that USB power isn't enough (even if you cut the strip down to a 3-foot length), so no big deal. The power brick also has a light indicator to tell if you if it's powered.The lights are SMD 5050 LEDs. These are one of the biggest LED types and are well suited for lighting up environments with lots of ambient lights. Perfect for a room setup. These are high-quality lights. When pointed towards a wall, it gives a beautiful glow, and I cannot see the individual LEDs as I would on cheaper light strips.The Magic Home Pro App:The LED lights connect to your smartphone using the Magic Home Pro app. Using the app requires you to create an account which I found weird. Setting up the lights through the app is quick, but does take some configuring. The app is very extensive: It provides much more functionality than only using the included remote. You can configure the lights to the entire RGB spectrum, rename the lights, schedule timers, adjust brightness using a slider, and much more. With iOS, you can even create Siri shortcuts and a widget to turn the lights on or off.In the colors tab of the Magic Home Pro app, you can adjust the colors using a color wheel or by manually entering RGB values at the top left. You can set 5 preset colors by long-pressing and of the boxes labeled "DIY." I like that when you change colors, the lights will fade to that color instead of instantly jumping to it. It makes the lights feel more premium.In the functions tab of the app, you choose from 20 different modes and even create custom modes. You also have access to a speed control slider.The Mic and Music tab require you to be connected to the wifi network of the lights.The Mic tab is a mode that adjusts the brightness of the lights according to volume. It uses the microphone of your smartphone to detect volume. If you are not using this mode, I would mute the mic and set the sensitivity to its lowest just for the sake of privacy, or disconnect from the wifi network of the lights.The music tab allows you to add music from the music library on your device and sync the lights to the songs you play. For the lights to sync, you must play the music through the app. Your device volume can be silent, and the lights will still sync. This could be a creative way to have a custom mode. I imagine if you really wanted to, you could create a song to use as a custom mode for the lights. There are 4 different settings in the music app: Rock, Normal, Jazz, and Classical. I assume these adjust the what frequencies in the music the lights will synchronize with, but it's hard to tell the difference between what each setting does. From my limited testing, Classical has more of a fading effect, and the lights rarely turn off entirely, and Rock will do the opposite. I prefer to leave the preset on Normal.The Camera tab is probably the most unique feature I've seen on any LED light strips. You can point your camera to anything, and it will sync the lights to that color. At the top left, you will see the exact RGB values of the most dominant color on your screen changing in real-time. I haven't found this feature to work that well. Darker shades, including grey and black, simply turn the lights off, but brighter colors work fine.Lastly, there is a hidden mode located in the settings that you must manually enable. The CCT tab allows you to change the color of the lights by temperature from 2000k to 9000k. This is useful if you don't want to use the RGB functionality of these lights and want a neutral ambient color.Overall I like this application. It's better than the majority of applications created for smart LED light systems like this one. It looks like there was actual effort put in creating this app, it's UI, and all of its features. When you don't have your smartphone around, the remote is useful too, but you won't be able to select the custom colors you saved in the app.I highly recommend these light strips for anyone wanting to add ambient lighting to any room. These are a dope pick up for $30, and I still have 13ft left of lights to use if I want to illuminate more of my room.

This is a good set of LED light strips. The lights are waterproof which is good for a kitchen or bathroom. The tape on the back is pretty good and if it's not good enough for you they included a mini roll of 3M double sided tape. They also include plenty of connector pieces to help you mount this to the wall or whatever you are mounting these to. If you want WIFI controlled lights than these will work great. However, I do have some reservations. The power supply it came with is very light and feels very cheap. I definitely wouldn't plug anything into it other than these lights. I have some other LED light strips that can handle an extra set of lights. Also setting up the wifi part was not the easiest. And the remote felt very cheap and does not have that many buttons on it. If you do not need wifi on your lights than there are better light sets out there. However, this is a good set of lights that work well enough.

The lights work great. The included Remote control unit works great.However, I was disappointed with the smart phone app that can be downloaded to control the lights. The reason being is that when you start to set this app up, it is requiring you to create an account and enter personal information. The app should be usable without having to create the account and enter personal information - I was not comfortable with sharing that information with whoever will have access to it.I would like to be able to use the smart phone app, but not under the conditions required to set it up. Hopefully, future updates to the app will remove these unacceptable requirements.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these lights three times and the light kinda fades in the end of the third strip. The stickiness will last for a few months but it will fall if you don’t set it up right. The remote and the app are nice to have. There are better ones out there but the price is cheaper than a lot of other lights. I wish I had a larger remote and more features. It’s nice that these have a sound-sensing option.

The lights are easy to hang and setup. However, after 3 weeks they all started falling down. We rehung them but they were back down the following morning. I would save your money

Those connectors are absolute crap. Also the adhesive isn’t the greatest. It kept falling down, despite using the extra tape it came with.

Used this to make a light table for my kids. Works great. Colors are vibrant. And i Love the alexa comparability.

The cable is cheap, you need to tape the cable because it comes off really easily, there's not clip thats clip the cable together.

I have bought multiple sets of these lights, most of which have been great! (With the exception of the adhesive on some sets). But the most recent set I bought is much darker than the other sets and the colour reproduction is very poor, especially compared to the other lights. This throws off the whole scene with the other lights.

Got these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them . They are so cool work great and loves the mic feature

The LED strip wouldn’t stay connected to the AC-connector (too easy to slip out). Ended up shorting and the red colours stopped working. Was great while it lasted, but wouldn’t purchase again due to its cheap connection. Expected a bit better for the price (lasted about a month)
