This stuff works, especially in conjunction with Lean1 shakes. I have been doing the Lean1 since March 11 & have lost 40 pounds so far. I incorporated the Slim1 in June & the weight loss was greatly accelerated. When I ran out, the weight loss slowed back down & once I got more, it picked back up. It’s a great plan if you have discipline. I have one shake or two shakes a day plus eating healthy meals. It has been easy & I am very happy. Ten pounds to go to get to what I weighed in my 20s & I am 49 now!

I really like this product. I feel that it keeps me from getting very hungry, and seems to beekeeping me pretty slim even when I indulge in some more treats than usual. I like that the bottle is large enough to last a long time. You get your money's worth.

So it says that it does 3 things. #1 Burns Fat #2 Curbs Appetite and #3 Reduces Body Weight. Does it work? As for numbers 1 & 3, I don't know. I can say that it does seem to help me control my appetite and that I am losing weight.

This is by far one of the best protein shake I've ever purchased. No after taste. I love this company. My sister is a gym enthusiast and recommended I try it out. She started out using these products.

Leave a herbal after taste and do nothing to curb my appetite .. threw them away.

I’ve taken this product before. I use to buy it at Smoothie King. But, this supplement wasn’t what I expected. Lean 1 is a good product. But this did nothing for me.

Didn't seem to do anything to help or hinder my weight loss.

Love it. Been taking it for 3 + years.
