Organic and smells amazingly clean
I used this tea tree oil in my diffuser and it makes the house smell very clean. It has a nice fragrance not overpowering just clean. This is the first time using this particular tea tree oil but I liked it so much that I ordered another bottle. This one came as a set with five guards essential oil. Good set for the price.

A Solid Performing Oil, But Lacking Full Transparency
Over the years, I've done a lot of research on essential oils. It can be an overwhelming minefield with a lot of misleading claims and greenwashed information. Essential oil brands are no different, and product transparency can be especially hard to come by. In the end though, I comfortably settled on Plant Therapy, and have been a loyal (but not exclusive) customer for years. I've found them to have the best quality, transparency, price and reputation of all the brands I researched. Now on to Natural Riches. I actually came across them by chance. Since I use essential oils for medicinal and cosmetic purposes, I did my due diligence and looked into them online. They have a clean, straight forward website, good reviews and competitive prices. The only disappointment was that I couldn't find information on how they source and produce their oils. Fortunately, the USDA Organic label does make me feel more confident about my purchase, but the overall lack of transparency is why I deducted a star (and contemplated deducting two). Otherwise, I'm quite happy with this oil. The aroma and consistency are more or less on par with how I know Tea Tree to smell and feel, and I've already used it in a few cosmetic recipes.I will be more likely to purchase from this company in the future if they choose to publish information about their production process.UPDATE: I went back to the company's website and found more detailed information on the individual pages of the different oils. It's definitely a step in the right direction, and much better than many other brands out there, but still missing some key elements (such as test reports) that would make me more confident in my purchase. Also, the dropper on my bottle poured the oil out super fast, which I didn't like. So I replaced it with another dropper from an older bottle, and now it's fine.

A Favorable Comparison
The bottles of Natural Riches lavender oil and Cliganic jojoba oil in the attached photo were purchased on Amazon on 5/1/20. The Cliganic peppermint oil was purchased on Amazon on 8/14/20. All three arrived early or on time and in excellent condition. These oils were used together, approximately once a week since last August, so each bottle was subjected to the same amount of wear. They were kept in a medicine cabinet at room temperature the entire time. Now six months have gone by and you can see what has happened. The dropper on Cliganic's jojoba oil is leaning to one side because the plastic cap that it's set in has warped over time. It now flares outward on one side and it no longer closes properly. If jojoba oil evaporates the way other liquids do, then that is a concern, since the cap's threads are now out of alignment and it doesn't form a tight seal any more. As for Cliganic's peppermint oil, the label has disintegrated and the bottle has to be shaken vigorously in order to get the oil to start dripping out. Otherwise, when you invert it, nothing happens; the oil just stays in the bottle. Natural Riches, on the other hand, has none of Cliganic's problems. The cap on its bottle of lavender oil still fits as tightly as it did on the day I received it. Its label has remained intact and legible, and when the bottle is inverted, the oil drips out readily and at a nice frequency, making the drops easy to count. When I think about the impression Cliganic's products have made on me, the words "cheap", "careless", "slipshod" and "lazy" come to mind. Natural Riches, on the other hand, strikes me as a company that is competent, honest and worth supporting with my business. That is why my next purchases of lavender and peppermint oil will be from them. If they sold jojoba oil, I would order that from them, too, but since they don't, I'll be giving Viva Naturals' jojoba a try, instead. This review was originally written as a critique of Cliganic's oils, but I thought it might be "nice to know" information for Natural Riches and their customers, too.

Prompt service. Great sent.Honestly, I use two drops of this oil as well as rosemary, oil and coconut oil for my “toothpaste “. And it works great.

Great smell - Packaging issue
Product came with a split lid. Lost a lot of liquid in transit. Was able to smell it before I even opened the box.
