I really liked the dress, reading reviews based on height and weight. Based on reviews, I purchased the small. Other reviews mentioned the dress looked large but after putting it on, it looked great and was what the wearer was expecting, not too boxy, not too tight. Mine fit more like a bodycon, which is fine if that is the look you're going for. I returned it and will size up to a medium. Hoping the medium will fit me the way a small fits a woman my size ? For reference, I'm 5'1", 117lbs, with hips and a booty. ;)

Although I'm petite, I carry a lot of muscle--especially in my back/shoulders/arms--because I do physique shows. I'm 5'0 and 135lbs (36A or 34B) when I'm not dieting. I'm lean, but not really "skinny", so finding clothes that fit "off the rack" is a bit of an ordeal (sleeves are NOT my friend). In order for things to fit properly, it can't be so small that I inadvertently rip the seams (in the shoulder/back) or so big that I look like I'm being swallowed by a potato sack. That said, going off the manufacturer's measurements of this dress, I ordered the XS. Straight out of the package, it looked like a long shapeless t-shirt. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit, especially when I tied the attached belt. Granted, it does not have the blousy-slouchy fit on me like it does on the model. It looks more like a fitted shift dress that gives the illusion of an hour-glass shape with the pockets, which I happen to prefer! ("Slouchy" cuts tend to make my boxy frame look like a slovenly potato spud). But, if YOU like slouchy and you have a thick frame, you may want to order up a size or two to have enough fabric to get the blousing effect. But if you're looking for a more "bodycon" type dress, this dress can work if you order in a smaller size.Minor things: I was expecting the "wine" to be a deep red/maroon color, but it's more "bright cherry red". The cotton is lightweight, so probably not ideal (without layers) for cold weather. Also, if you're self-conscious about your mid-section, the pouch pockets add extra material to the waist of this dress.

I brought this dress in two colors. The red and green. The red arrived first. And it made me look sloppy in my opinion. It was falling off and droopy looking in all the wrong places. But I figured I could use it as a backup plan for one of those last minute errand runs. It gives me material stretched/worn out vibes. But I think to myself. This is suppose to be a new dress so what can I say. Because I know damn well the Seller didn’t sell me a returned item... HINT!!!!Well.... I finally received the green one and what a difference in the fit. It fits great!!!! And falls off the shoulder slightly in the right places and hugs your curves just enough to tease the imagination. Flattering to the smaller top larger bottom club.You can get away with wearing it business casual or just casual.... I will purchase in other colors. Hoping they fit like the green one does.

I really wanted to like this. It is so cute on the model, but.Tall ladies keep walking. On my frame this dress hit well above the knee. I was looking for something casual to tool around in, not to give everybody a show. :/

I only marked it down because it was too big. I’m ordering some other colors but a size small, instead. I love the dress and comfort overall.

I am 5’7” and 170lbs, 36D. I usually wear a medium/size 8. I ordered the gray stripe in a medium and it fits well. It is fitted in the booty area but not bodycon tight. It did leave room in the tummy area so it’s flattering. The material has more structure too it than I expected due to the thicker, t-shirt material but I like that. I wore it on a hot, summer day and it held up well. It is not see through but due to the fit, even no show undies gave me VPL. If you want this to be loose you may want to go up a size but it may be baggy in the top.Also note that I have tried this dress from other brands and it is not the same and did not hold up well. I’d recommend buying this one early enough if you need it for an event.

So I like this dress. Nicely made. Nice thicker material (not see through) though a bit heavier more like a fallish fabric but wearable in summer. I will definitely wear it. Washed and had no fading or bleeding. I am 5’3”, 170, 38ddd. I ordered to my bust size (xl). I have trouble finding things that fit without looking trashy on top. The top does fit nice, however, I could easily go down a size or two for the waist. It does the trick, but not as flattering as a smaller size will do, unless your a gal who’s trying to camouflage a tummy then this would look beautiful. Due to the fabric not being see thru and that I like what I got, I will keep it and order another but slightly smaller. The length is a bit longer on my frame, but it is exactly the length I was hoping for. Good purchase and came on time.

I cannot express how much I love this dress. I had to buy it in blue too! When I lost weight I just tied it a little tighter and it somehow made it even more cute! The position of the tie and the gathering in front also gives me more shape than I actually have. I get so many compliments when I wear it!
