NewFit Olive Oil Sprayer Mister for Cooking

I've only had and used this sprayer for a couple of weeks, so the jury is still deliberating on this one.It does spray. Will it continue to spray long term? IDK. I cannot get it to "mist", no matter how slowly I push the top, it doesn't mist, just sort of a little spray around the edge, but a dot in the middle where most of the oil goes. I did read the reviews and suggestions on how to use it. Perhaps after I've used it for a while, I will find the "sweet spot" where others have gotten it to actually mist.I haven't cleaned it after use, as I just started using it. (It was easy to clean when it hadn't been used yet).I will say that even though it doesn't exactly "mist", it works for spraying on oil when we make homemade deli sandwiches.After I've used this for a while, I will come back and update this review.

I am rewriting my review. I was sent one that had an issue, but it was quickly replaced with no hesitation. The new one I received, was great & worked fine without any issues.I've used this to spray olive oil on my food after I've cooked it, or before I'm going to cook it. I love how it evenly covers everything without overly drenching it all. I'm thinking about ordering another for my vinegar soon.

I like that you can use the oil of choice, pam and other spray oils have nasty additives like soy that is detrimental to my health. (Who needs extra estrogen?)Works well but lately I've noticed it struggles if you do not keep somewhat vertical.Easy to clean.

I got tired of going back and forth to my pantry for the big bottle of olive oil and trying to dribble it in the pans. This sprayer is the right size to keep near the cooktop, it sprays the right amount, and it has a very pleasing and high-end look to it. It's also good to spritz over items in my air fryer. I'm thinking of getting another one for my vegetable oil - it would be great to grease cake pans, etc.

I bought this product to replace one time use spray cans. I was expecting when I pumped it the oil would disperse more instead of a coming out in a stream. So I can’t use it as I intended. Not sure if that is an unrealistic expectation. With that aside, it appears to be good quality.

I love the idea but I can’t seem to get the mist on the first pump. I’m pretty sure I’m holding at correct angle and pumping with correct amount of pressure as per the directions. However I still seem to get more of a single stream and then the mist I’m looking for. Except for this I would have given a 5

This is a great heavy glass sprayer. It was able to mist the water when I first got it and cleaned it, but it most definitely does not mist oil. When it comes to oil, it provides an oil stream. If you are looking for using this for a light oil mister for something like an air fryer, you do not want this. If you are ok with spraying a stream of oil onto your air fryer food, then this is perfect for you. I had wanted an actual mister, but after returning one because it didn't mist and receiving another that also didn't mist, I just gave up and stuck with streaming oil onto my food. Not bad, but not exactly what I was looking for. So, minus? Doesn't mist oil. Plus? Glass bottle. Generous size. Doesn't clog.

It's great if you want to stream oil onto your food. It does not mist. I bought it to use with my air fryer to mist oil on my foods. Unfortunately, if you want this thing to mist, you need to hold your food horizontally and hold the mister about 6 inches away from the food. Of course, this is not possible because you cannot hold food at a horizontal angle, it slides down. This sprayer does not work unless you hold it up, tilting it at an angle, you get the same results as you get with any other sprayer, it quits working. But it works better than trying to pour oil over my foods so I will keep it. With the inventions we have today, why has no one created a true nebulizer that actually works at any angle?
