Chipped paint and bent, damaged. Looked like it was used and repackaged. Too small for a cat really.
This tiny cage isn’t fit for a cat or the price I paid. Way to expensive for such item! Then to come all used and abused. Don’t they examine their products before shipping? I don’t think this happened during delivery because it was way too damaged. It was packaged poorly, no cushion or wrapping bubbles and no instructions. The pop up part was easy but the shelves were not fitting without some struggle to make them fit because of the cage size and the doors were to close to the connecting racks where the shelves needed to be placed. This was just awful that I was trying not to cry. I was thinking of returning but I had waited long enough for my kitties to have their cage.

Works!
Fits my 8 week old kittens! Sturdiness I don’t think is there. The parts that hook to keep the kennel upright, sometimes come out of place. I used the extra hammocks in the box to make a flat surface on the shelves and tied it around the sides of the kennel so it doesn’t pop out of place. It’s been working so far! My kittens love the hammock too. I don’t believe a full sized cat should use this kennel. It’s a little small unless you take out the stairs and maybe just leave one shelf inside? Overall it works for my kittens! Not bad on the price.

Great for the price!!!
Overall good cage for the price. It works great for a single ferret. I recommend putting the tray that comes with it on the inside of the cage instead of under the cage to protect your pets feet. It comes with covers for the ramps and platforms as well as a hammock for your pet to sleep in. It isn’t very sturdy and will need to be zip-tied together but has held up pretty well for 3 months. It folds down flat which makes it good for traveling. If you are looking for something affordable and don’t mind spending a few minutes to zip-tie things together this is a great cage.

It’s nice ..
Got this for my ferret.. pieces of the metal are broke, the stairs don’t fit evenly... did come with some toys and a nice hammock...luckily he has free range of the home, he just naps and eats/ drinks in his cage. If the company would replace the 2 stairs for each level that would be great.!Assembly is super easy, literally just pops up.

Purrfect for our traveling cat
After my husband quit supervising me, haha, I was able to put it together easily. He's a genius but was making it too complicated. We had planned on our staying in our rv, where she would have freedom of movement inside. Then the cage was so she could enjoy being outside safely. Other friends take their cats camping with them and this was cheaper than boarding her. Sadly, during trip, our rv was totalled. Instead of returning home, we stayed in our friends' motor home. Unfortunately, host turned out to be allergic to cats, so she had to stay confined. I was so happy that I bought this. She had the security of being with us, we set her outside during the day so that she could watch us. At night, she crawled up on the top shelf and watched us while we slept. She will be traveling with us again to my dad's. The cage on it's side will give her enough room for her litterbox and to move around. Once we are at dad's, he doesn't mind her and she slept with him when he came to visit but it will sit upright and give her a safe place to be in.

Not Sturdy and Easy for Animals to Escape (Bars on Doors Don't Lock)
Firstly, while I appreciate that the product comes (mostly) assembled, it comes flattened and has not one instruction on how to set it up. I've used collapsable dog crates and ferret cages before, and this setup was not intuitive for me. The metal isn't terribly sturdy, which made me worried that I might bend it the wrong way. I'm not sure if I simply did the panels in an awkward order, but getting some of the pieces to "snap" into places was difficult (who wants to put their fingers at risk for that?).Secondly, the doors have bars, but the bars don't have bent ends or any kind of mechanism to "lock" them in. You slide them over, and the door can't be opened. Unless, of course, whatever is inside simply bats at the bar to move it back. There's no angled edge to the bar, so it literally just has to be moved back (rather than rotated up/down and moved, which is how most other cages I've used with work).I got this for a litter of stray kittens I was socializing, the largest of which was maybe 1 lbs. They're small, but at the time, most of them were pretty feral/needed socialization and were still pretty wary of humans. To put it mildly, these are not the kinds of cats you want to escape when you lock the door of a cage. Now, they loved the levels and adored the hammock. But they quickly and easily escaped by simply thwacking the bar over and opening the door. Very disappointing, as the entire point was to be able to lock them in while I cleaned their main play area without worrying. I also wanted to use it to separate them while eating (2 in the cage, 2 outside) to make sure they were all getting enough to eat. The only way to make that work is to either turn the cage against a wall/something to block both doors so they wouldn't open or to use packing tape to hold the doors shut (the tape was only good for about an hour). This cage does have wheels, which I had hoped I could use for transport between rooms. But the faulty "locks" move so easily that it's not safe to roll the cage anywhere unless they've been secured with zip ties or packing tape. Finally, one of the wheels for my cage had its threads stripped, so its not tightly set againt the cage like the others. When I first put it together, I wasn't worried about it -- I wasn't planning on rolling the cage terribly far, and as long as the floor/ground isn't uneven, the bad wheel doesn't trip anything up. But combine that with the bad door "locks", and rolling this anywhere with an animal inside is a no-go.Because of the "locks", I can't imagine that this cage would safely hold any cat or ferret. If you're not concerned about your pet escaping and you don't plan on breaking the cage down/setting it up frequently, then this cage could be right for you (and will likely save you some money); otherwise, skip this cage and find one of better quality.

Perfect
This cage is wonderful for cats or even ferrets or other small animals. It's easy to assemble and can be up in no time. It's very sturdy and holds together well. Amazing price and well worth buying if you have a small animal
