Let you enjoy a normal night out
You can eat normally if you are going out or if you are at home having a special meal, obviously do not abuse them and have a whole carton of Ice cream but you can have little pleasures from time to time 1 or 2 just before the meal will do the trick. They changed my life, they are just amazing , I wished I knew about them years ago.

Low use by date
This product really works. My disappointment was the use by date was very short and expired before I had used one pack. I continued to use the balance without any problems. I will reorder but will return if I have the same issue again. A pharmacy would not issue low code products and I would expect the same from this supplier.
