Flowmaster Original 40 Mandrel-Bent Dual Truck Exhaust Kit with Chrome Tips

Bought this for my old 04 Silverado along with new cats, O2 sensors, and a hi flow intake. HUGE improvement in performance, especially on the low end: it’ll smoke the 33’s with just a little too much lead foot. Also a big difference when towing a trailer. Clamps are provided for the two-piece pipe, but I took my time and welded everything, which I would definitely recommend, since the clamps were not heavy duty, and I suspect might end up leaking.The only downside to this kit was the passenger side tailpipe, which was extremely close to both the spare tire and the shock no matter how much I fiddled with it: proper clearance on one caused touching on the other. So, heat shields were applied to both areas.

Everything is in good shape can't wait to install.

I put this on my 1998 f150 with a 4.6L V8. It sounds Awesome. You can talk in the cab. If you go under a bridge and Rev it sounds great. All the guys at work know my truck now.

Well the muffler inlet is bigger than the existing exhaust should make the install fun

This kit is so easy to install. Fit perfectly on my 07 Ram 1500. Great sound and quality. The only thing I would have changed was to add longer hangers. The ones that come with the kit are a little short but still a really great product.

Does not fit 2016-2018 Silverados. You'll need a set of extra pipes and adapters to make it fit. Pipes had lines for alignment, but your better off aligning yourself. You will need a welder to finish installation and for tips. Regretted the second i cut my tail pipe off. The most difficult exhaust kit I have installed and this is my 3rd installation on a truck.

I was very impressed at the ease of the install. Everything fit perfectly. Cut the old system down and bolt the new one up. About a 45 minute install.

Product was listed to fit 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. It does not specify which models. It is 12” too short for quad cab (4 door models) a trip to the auto parts store and an additional $30 for pipe and clamps I was able to make it work. But the avg diy guy may have some issues. Please correct this on the listing. So others can be aware.
