I have, and have used, heavier bands for weight lifting. My exercise is moving away from weightlifting though, and the bands that I have used previously are a bit much.I purchased these bands in the hope of some light support during calisthenic exercise. These bands provide a comfortable level of support without being restrictive, they are also quite effective as sweat bands and help prevent sweat getting to your hands and impacting your grip during more intense workouts.Sizing guide was accurate for me. The finish is soft, with no aggravation or irritation.On the whole they have proven to be everything I was looking for in a set of wrist bands. Top marks

This wrist support is a good quality item. It seems very thick and well made.I have a 16.5cm wrist and going by the size chart, I needed a medium. To be on the safe side, I purchased both the small and medium and I'm really pleased I did.The medium was too loose and didn't provide any support while the small was actually a little tight. Still, they don't do half sizes so I kept the small and hoped it'll loosen a little with time.I don't blame the sellers for sizing, after all, everyone's body is slightly different.But all in all, good quality product.

I was sceptical about these, would they be an accurate fit, would they be comfortable and google quality?They are all the above, purchased because I can’t wear the ones that go around my thumb.Would recommend and well priced compared to others available.You will receive a pair, great if you wear just one as you have a spare to hand.I have washed mine by hand and they retain their shape and colour.Recommended

Really comfortable supporting wrist bands, they appear strong and quality which I expect to last a long time, I bought two and can appreciate the quality.Yes, I would buy them again!

This is a well made product. However, the sizing chart is useless.....I bought a pair for my wife using the chart and she cannot get them over her fingers. But I will send them back and hopefully, guess a size that will fit.

I’m pleased with the support provided by these wrist bands. I wish they were available in other colours as they are very noticeable, but as far as supporting my poor, sore arthritic wrists they are great.

I have arthritis and my wrists are very weak and painful. Since purchasing these I have worn them constantly and they really support my wrists and my pain is somewhat reduced. I ordered the small size and they fit perfectly. Well happy and would recommend.
