definitely magic in an egg.
my goodness. whipped up like a dream. I didnt have castor sugar but I used the cap to measure powdered sugar and came out perfect. the directions inside the container called for the lid to measure the sugar but on the outside of the container said to measure 130g of castor sugar. I used the lid method as the 130g of powdered sugar seemed like a lot. it came out perfectly sweet and fluffy. as a comparison I also bought another american brand of meringue that's supposedly "marvelous" nope. it's not. save yourself and buy this. its amazing.

MAGIC
A friend of mine had me over for dinner and made this for desert. It was delicious. I went home and ordered it right away. its kinda expensive considering in Australia it sells for around 3 bucks. I would recommend watching a youtube video before making it. you use the top of the egg to measure the water and the bottom to measure the sugar......... or the other way around.

Easy to Make a Pavlova
My mom's 101 and wanted some Pavlova using this product (a friend of hers in Australia used to send them to her to make Pavlova). I was happy to find them on Amazon and she was delighted to have her Pavlova. It's easy make a Pavlova using this product. it's a bit expensive but worth it to make my mom happy.

Delicious but with a high price
I had problems with a “from scratch “ recipe because of humidity . With this , i added a pinch of salt & 1 tsp. Vanilla . When it was baked & cooled , topped with fresh whipped cream ( I pint heavy whipping cream , 3 Tbl powdered sugar , pinch salt , 1 tsp . Vanilla ) & fresh strawberries & blueberries . It was great . But won’t be purchasing a lot . I wish it was more affordable .

Perfect for the non cook
These are legit Aussie pavlova magic eggs. Absolutely foolproof, even made it once with just a whisk and bowl. No mixer required (great workout for the bingo wings). Love these. I’m not a cook so this is perfect for me.
