I use this for my travel kit to adapt HDMI of my computer to component input for older TV sets and hotel TVs with broken HDMI ports. It's a perfect size would also be great anytime you need to have a pigtail extension like a raspberry pi to HDMI.

EDIT: I was able to get in touch with the seller via their website. (They were not responding via comments here on this review). The process was very easy once I got in touch and they were able to help me get a replacement. It was a pleasure to work with them and I very much appreciate their time and sending a replacement. The replacement was also received very quickly.Unfortunately, the item is still causing issues for me. I cannot for the life of me determine the root cause. Every time I put another HDMI cable in place things work fine. As soon as I use the item, I get the strange issue described below in my original post. Perhaps this is some interference or something that only affects their cable. Perhaps my other HDMI cables are shielded or something. Still this is quite odd - this being a digital HDMI signal rather than analog. It should not be easy to have an interference problem.ORIGINAL POST:I purchased the item 5/29/20 and unfortunately due to the pandemic I wasn't able to start my project with it until recently. This means I cannot do a return through Amazon. It appears the item was damaged on arrival. When I hooked the cable up some of the colorspace acts strangely as if there is a loose wire in the cable or something. Some colors are full Red or Green as pictured (the image is a picture with a gradient). If I gently bend the cable some I can temporarily relieve some of this strange issue but I can't resolve it permanently.I was very careful with the cable to ensure it was not bent too far or near interference or otherwise damaged in any way. Looks like it was just received this way.I just wanted to provide this honest review so you could be aware of the small chance of possibly getting a damaged cable upon arrival.

Got this "shorty" to go from the laptop to a HDMI switch. I needed it short so I could "tuck" it behind the laptop. Nice to see stuff like this available. Works perfectly with no issues.

Not fun to try and bend. This might change with constant bending, but for now this thing is nearly rigid. Bending it just makes it spring back. I have this plugged into an adapter, together leading to one large, floppy, rude piece of tech wobbling off the side of my laptop. Otherwise a very good cable.

I purchased this 20cm HDMI cable in order to connect my ROKU streaming device to my wall-mounted television set and eliminate having to coil up a longer-length HDMI cable in order to conceal the device behind my TV. Furthermore, I thought a minimum-length HDMI cable might provide me with the highest picture quality available.The result was exactly the opposite. After installing this cable, I experienced visual static and "snow" on the TV screen. I removed this cable and reinstalled the original, longer HDMI cable that I had previously been using, and the problem was resolved.But, there is a happy ending to this story. I contacted the company, and they apologized profusely for the problem I had. They assured me that the defective cable was an anomaly and offered to send me a replacement immediately. I even received the replacement cable on a Sunday. I installed the replacement cable between my ROKU and TV, and the picture is perfect. Problem solved.

I ordered this (very) short HDMI cable to connect a Raspberry Pi mini computer to my TV. I used double-sided adhesive to mount the device to the back of the TV and this cable is the perfect length to connect it.The cable is thick and durable, but pliable enough to bend it to fit in unusual places (like the indent where all of the inputs for my TV reside).The picture itself is perfect. It is plugged into a 4K TV and I get the full, beautiful resolution.The Bottom Line: This is a great option for very short connection distances. If you have a TV-mounted smaller device like an Apple TV, Raspberry Pi, or even a Fire TV stick that just won't fit in with the rest of your cabling, this little HDMI cable might be the solution for you.

Perfect to connecting a seperate object into the TV needing this adapter.

Los compré para sustituir los que tenía. Tengo un home cinema y sobre el un lector blue ray y los cables eran demasiado largos eran demasiado largos. Siempre estaban liados y estéticamente era feo.Solo tengo un apunte que hacer, por si se pudiese solucionar, y es que al conectar de abajo hacia arriba, hay que retorcer el cable para dar la vuelta al conector. Por lo demás funciona bien. La calidad de la imagen y el sonido son buenos.Los recomiendo.
