Low Quality
I wanted to love this frame, but the quality is not good. I ordered 1 and it was scratched on the front. I ordered 2nd one and still places on the front {on the paw prints) that have marks.

I like giving this frame to friends when they lose a beloved pet.I like that it says "our side" and "our heart" rather than "my side/my heart" because sometimes you give it to a family with more than one person.It is pretty, and well made, and a good size for a standard photo. Plastic frame
This is a beautiful frame, but I thought it was metal with glass. My fault for not reading the details. The entire frame is plastic, so not as nice as it looks in the photos. It is giftable, but for this quality of plastic, it should have been half the price.
