I am a purple freak, and needed some new kitchen tools. I hemmed, and I hawed, read every review at least twice, and was put off by people saying they're like plastic, etc. After agonizing, I thought, OK, it has free returns, so, what do I have to lose ? right ? $18 for a set of 10 ? I finally ordered them, they arrived today, and WOW , for the money, you can't ask for more. They are plenty sturdy, they do NOT feel cheap, and they do NOT feel like plastic, and am thrilled I went ahead with this . Its a beautiful shade of purple to boot... A number of reviews also mentioned these were smaller than normal .... huh ??? they are standard size, and hope my picture will help you in your decision making process. I'm thrilled. If you are thinking about this, don't think anymore.... they are worth it !!!

Im a mom of 3 kids and let’s face it my life is a bit blah.. I cook, clean, help with homework and do one thousand other things that I don’t want to do but have to. Six months ago I bought the large spoon and It’s changed my life. I wasn’t expecting much. I just needed a spoon. it’s just a spoon correct? Well I was wrong, this is absolutely the best spoon I’ve ever bought. I always grab this spoon to stir sauce or stir any food that I’m cooking. Now you are probably asking why the 5 stars and it’s just a spoon correct? I have dropped this spoon like a million times and I have left the spoon in a hot pan several times and it looks exactly like the first day I bought it. No melting. No marks. No dents. Nothing. I’m actually trying to simplify my life by not having so many spoons to cook with and this spoon is currently the only spoon I own for stirring. This was the best $5 bucks I ever spent.

I really wanted some silicone flippers, but these aren't much more use than a wooden spatula. I've had them now for about a year, and they do hold up well to heat and the bottom rack of the dishwasher, but the lip on them is so thick you can't get under much. It's practically impossible to use them for fried eggs. They do a little better with solid things like meat, but eggs and pancakes are a no. I would suggest you keep looking and make sure to pay attention to how thick the lip is.

These spatulas were a total surprise. I was looking for a cheap plastic spatula to do a certain job. I saw the price and said, "Yep, that's for me"! But when I got 2 of them for only $5, PLUS they were silicone and very sturdy I changed their destination to a higher purpose!! (I only understand this :) So thank you, they are very kitchen worthy and attractive. Glad I kept scrolling to find these and didn't take the more expensive spatulas offered first!!!

I bought these to replace my other silicone utensils that I got from Hobby Lobby a long time ago (still in good shape just wanted a different color). I looked at a ton of these sets on here and I liked this set because of the variety of utensils for the price. So far so good. I’ve left them on the skillet and pots for a minute or less and there has been no melting. They are a very thick silicone and some parts feel like plastic but they’re not. Love the black color only thing is that I can see the water marks once they dry but not a big deal. Came just on time and they look just like the picture.

The design of the spoon is exactly what I want. I've only used it once - to stir some very hot boiling soup - and it held up remarkably. I was able to reach all the ingredients that were hiding against the bottom edge of the pot, plus the bowl of the spoon is deep enough that I used it as a ladle, since I was serving just myself.No melting, nothing stuck to it, making it very easy to clean. I don't have a dishwasher, so I can't address that.I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I love these silicone utensils! First, I love that they don’t melt if you walk away and leave one in the pot. Second, the rubbery feel of the silicone makes it easier to grip and easier to get up under your food to flip things. They are also very sturdy and easy to clean! Got a set for my daughter-in-law when I saw how much I like mine!
