Excellent does the job able to do sit ups again

Absolutely love this product!! and at an amazing price. Arrived earlier than expected so great delivery service. So easy to work out as it comes with clear instructions. Also comes with the 2 resistance bands, DVD and A3 poster with pictures of all the different exercises you can do with it as a prompt. I will be using this regularly ... so happy!

I was replacing my broken Wonder Core Smart which is the original and more expensive product to this, I have been spoilt by the more superior model and this cheaper version did not compare for me, its ok but it squeaked after 20 sit ups and never stopped and it just felt light and flimsy in comparison to the Wonder Core so returned it and paid the extra and purchased the original

The service & delivery was definitely 5 star plus. The first smart core I received was faulty. The arms were at different levels & the pin which holds the level of the arms would only go up 2 notches on one side. I contacted the seller, I was contacted the same evening & I had a replacement 3 days later, amazing! I have given 4 Stars for the following reasons based on the replacement, which was better however the arms are still not perfectly even, so when doing sit ups, unless you line you back right in the middle of the foam rollers, you can be thrown to one side, when doing the sit-ups. However it is better than the original one I received. I use mine every day & it has started to 'squeek' which I notice other people have commented upon. Having said that it is easy to use & good value for money & the elastic bands are a great bonus. It's easy to put together & collapses flat for storage

£15 for the orange version,...even if you don't like orange it's £10 cheaper than the other colours?? The product itself is really good, it comes with a DVD and colour printout of every move you can do. For the money it looks to be good,...10 minutes a night for the next 4 years and I my look like Hugh Jackman,...(My next review will be for anti-aging cream!)...

The machine arrived quickly. It looks good and is well built. the poster shows the exercises. The booklet inside the box says on the front “Maximum AB workout in 8 minutes” but the DVD does not show an 8 minute workout. If there were a DVD showing a workout or a booklet describing a workout included this would be a five star review of this nice exercise machine. Such a shame that there isn't a DVD or booklet.

As someone that wanted to start up a basic fitness routine, I decided to go through with this.With decent soft padding to do your exercises on and a manual on uses it is quick and easy to set up and go!There's arm, body and you can even do some leg exercises from this making it an all in one!My only issue is when changing the difficulty and adjusting the intensity, I found that it was quite tough to pull the pin but that is my one and only slight issue.

Looks good on box no instructions. dvd is just a video but not telling you how to do each move. It's says that you can do a 8 min work out but don't tell how to do it . Got the item out of box only to find that the spring in side was snapped so have sent back for refund very unlikely that I would buy again
