Comfy and lightweight, but the change response slow and does not go that dark

These glasses are excellent strong, sturdy and look good, I especially like the rap around to protect your eyes from all directions.

These are polarised & do cut down car windscreen reflections, but as you would expect do not go darker when driving. They do have slight tint & do cut glare a bit, but in bright sunlight normal polarised sunglasses are better. Do work outside car & do go darker but not as dark as dedicated sunglasses. Yet to try out in winter mornings, where I'm hoping headlight glare may be slightly reduced.

I bought this product because of the photochromic feature for cycling. They look good and feel really comfortable and are sharp in clarity but they don't change to brightness at all. Noticed that the company on the box is not who it says on amazon!

Very good quality, good clarifying lightweight

Cheap, flimsy, paper thin glass case is offensively useless. A paper bag would last longer. At the price I am astonished at the poor quality of this item !

These are great glasses at an exceptional price point. But I did not buy them for their intended purpose. Originally yellow lens glasses were used on firing ranges and driving in the fog! My years on the firing range have long passed. I bought these for driving in the fog. It doesn't matter the time of day or night. If you are driving in a fog, you want these glasses. It is only in recent years that yellow lens glasses have been advertised for driving at night, and of course, they work well for that purpose too. I did NOT buy them for driving in the daytime, especially in bright sunlight. Give me polarized dark sunglasses for that. But these glasses are comfortable to wear, and I like how they wrap around the sides. It also comes with a lens cleaning cloth and a nice glasses case. A great buy.

There are a lot of negative reviews for these glasses. I believe that the ones regarding not darkening is because the user was driving. Since most windshields are UV blocking, these glasses will not significantly darken in the vehicle, but definitely get dark enough if you are in direct sunlight. I’m very pleased with them. They are stylish and light. If I had any complaint it would be that they are sonewhat darker naturally than some of the others out there, which may make them unsuitable for use while driving at night, but I haven’t tried them for this yet.

I was tad skeptical of these glasses... Ordered for using behind an computer as an eye-relief for blue-light, however ended up using those even in bike rides and while doing woodwork etc. Best what I like is that when going from computer room to outside during the day, photo-chrome renders glasses darker, so that when from room with less light to outside and vice versa, while sun is shining properly, eyes have more time to cope better... All in all, very good product and quality...
