Really great idea with one flaw. I can't find a urine bag that fits it well and works.
I really like this concept but the standard bags that i have are about 11" long and when i put the pants on with the bag properly installed the input spout is about 2-3" above my penis so there is no way to connect it to the condom catheter I am trying to find a bag that is 8-9" high and wider then i think it will be great. I ordered XL and it fits pretty well and seems to be good quality. i have a 40" waist and am over 6' tall.

Husband likes these briefs period. Even if not wearing the bag. Nice that there is a pocket on either leg. He uses 500ml bags with this. Undergarment is comfortable and true to size. Husband does have a bit of trouble figuring how to place bag in the pocket, but that is him. I think most men not so cognitively challenged would have no problem.

Has great promise, but works well enough now.
Decent product and well priced, but needs work.I just started using a Foley and the leg straps are a joke. I use a string tired to a beltloop to hold the bag up. I wondered how the underwear would do it since I didn't see a way to hold the bag up thereby not allowing the collection bag to ball up. It didn't. I wish I had the string.Additionally, why is the house to the catheter in the outside when for the vast majority of us, the urine is going to come from within the confines of the underwear.Fix those two very important things and it will be an excellent product. It is nice not having those pesky straps around my leg.

Please send a size large size not extra large!
This product is very important for my husbands medical needs. I have ordered two pairs of uro pants for him and have had to return them due to incorrect size. ( he wears a large -not Extra large size!)

They work great, but here's a tip: wear them inside out for ease of use! Still undetectable under pants!

Shallow pockets
Pocket to hold the bag is too shallow. The bag hangs over the top preventing bag to fill
