Worth the price!
This is by far the best chair I’ve ever owned! I had the opportunity to try it out at Fry’s and was instantly hooked. I’m 5’9, weigh about 185lbs, and a muscular build. This is to give you an idea to what size I am that sits in this chair.Assembly: It was sort of a pain to assemble. Aligning the screw holes with the back of the chair was troublesome. It required a fair amount of pushing the back down to get it to align (recommend 2 people). Additionally, don’t be afraid to muscle in the two plastic pieces that fit over the side brackets; make sure they align and give it a solid whack in the middle. Just be aware, the M8 screws are already in the screw holes so don’t go looking for a parts bag aside from the alen key.Back Support: Just excellent! The chair is firm but cushiony. The pillows align perfectly to give me great support. Great for long gaming sessions.Quality: Top notch! The stitching, the quality of the parts, arm rest, the design and assembly are amazing. You can almost recline to 90 degrees!Overall: While it is expensive, you do get what you pay for. Don’t settle for second best, do it right the first time and get this one.

Good upgrade!
So I've owned this chair for about 3 weeks now and it's been good to me. I gave the back cushion to my wife because I need all the surface space I can get on the chair. I like sitting in chairs with my legs crossed rather than on the floor. I can't really do that with this one even without the pillow but that's fine. - Putting the chair together was kind of a nightmare, but what chair isn't? At least now that it's assembled we know about each of the pieces and parts and we can easily figure out what part needs replacing if we get to that point. My last couple of chairs of different brands started leaning off center and there was no way to get it back to where it was. If it happens with this one I think I would know which part to replace. - I got this right before Summer started. You don't really feel the effects of the fan unless the fan is on 100%, but the lower settings are good for ventilation I suppose. - Sometimes the cord coils around the chair and comes out of the brick, but that's to be expected. - You can lean the chair all the way back, and the chair itself also leans back, which produces differing effects. If you're laying on it your head will hit the head pillow. It's far from soft, but it does do well to support the head if you're watching TV with the chair leaned back and you just want to lean back but also see the TV still. - The armrests don't come off, but they do go down enough if you need more arm room or something. They're also flat enough to fit a mouse if you're, y'know...away from the desk and you need to control the computer from a distance. - There's no fans on the backrest, but I figured I could put a cold pack over the back of it.Overall, this is a good purchase. I don't think having the fans is worth the $500, but I'm not dissatisfied.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
My husband desperately needed a new office chair and I was hesitant to buy one without him trying it out first. He put this together in very little time and it’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! He works 10-12 hours a day at his computer so a comfortable, supportive chair is a must, and this fit the bill!

DX fans jealous
High quality with great ergo support. This chair is awesome for taller desks! Little bit tricky to fit the back piece on due to the holes requiring a few hands and strength to align parts.

Amazing for posture
Most comfortable chair ever. We went and sat in this multiple times at Frys and kept coming back to it until we finally bought one. Assembly is easy but best with 2 people as it's pretty heavy. Sitting in this keeps your posture held perfectly and makes your back feel amazing.

Best gaming chair for folks with back and spine issues
Best chair ever. Heavy and sturdy. Have wrist, arms, neck and spine issues. Been looking for a well fitted seat where nothing suffers from just sitting to write or gaming for hours. So many ways to adjust this chair and neck and back support. Big investment but worth it.

Well-built, sturdy, quiet and comfortable
Solid, high quality construction. Fans have quiet, white noise when seated. Perfect softness for sitting hours in with the added cooling of fans for added comfort. Thermaltake makes some of the best cooling fans on the market, and they are well implemented in this chair.

Fair Thicc Chair Review
I've been using this chair for months now, and I can say it's been great!Pros:- Looks super cool- Thicc cushioning on this thing - something that I've seen some gaming chairs lack!- Seat is super adjustable- Can lay back all the way and still somehow support you. I once had a nap like this.Cons- Putting my chair on initially proved to be harder than expected, with having to use some force to get the screws in for the chair to connectMild Complaints- Armrests move back and forward and down and up enough, but the side to side is only about 5cm. A little farther would be perfect!- Wheels don't move around too muchOverall, after all is said and done, I still love this chair. It has proven its worth to me. 5 Stars babyyyyyyyyy

Firm straight back on the chair
We were looking for a chair with a firm straight back. The adjustable arms are a bonus.
