Little slow in action but good
Its a good yeast but takes little time. I made Waffles few times and I need to left dough for 2 & 1/2 hours, but I get the fluffiness I need.

Good quality but a bit pricey.
Satisfied with quality -- you do have to add a ton of it though. Doesn't smell strong and I'm happy with the results.

Does not needed any preparation. Just mix wits shugar+water/milk and you will have perfect bakery!

Needs proofing to work
This is more an instant yeast than an active one. Didn't work well when I added it directly to the flour. Worked ok the next time when i proofed it. My search for a true active dry yeast continues
