Great Product with fantastic customer service.
I have used this type of filter for years. I have used this fountain now for a couple years. In my experience the cat drinks more water simply because it remains fresh and cool. Win Win!

Ample amount, it says to change every 1 to 2 weeks but because of the carbon you can't tell if it's ready to change, so I switched altogether to the gravity water dispenser so I didn't have to worry about a filter! After at least 4 fountains!! And my cat is almost 13 now... so over a 10 year period

Accept no substitutions
These cat fountain filters are the real deal. Great quality and they keep our girls water crisp and clean for a good while even when one of them reaches her entire body over the water to drink.

Cats love it.
It was as described and arrived quickly. The cats took a day or two to get used to the fountain, which I turned down to the lowest setting. I should have probably gotten the larger size as I need to top it back off daily, but I do have several cats drinking out of it. Easy to dissemble, clean and reassemble.
