Don't get me wrong... This cereal is delicious. But it has a lot of sugar... I have to be really careful about portion sizes or else I'll end up serving myself half the box in one sitting. Be aware of the daily value of sugar you should be consuming (I think it's 20g in an entire day for an adult female) and be sure to adjust your diet accordingly, taking the label on this box into consideration.

I would like to say this is awful stuff because it has too much sugar for my liking but my kids love it. It makes a great special treat snack when craving sweets. Nice crunch and cinnamon taste,

Great Deal! This stuff tastes delicious, is made from whole grains, my family loves it (my 8 year old daughter ate 4 bowls yesterday), and the company uses environmentally conscious packaging.

This cereal is amazing! It's such a better alternative than Cinnamon Toast Crunch..... It's like eating the previous cereal without the guilt. Thank God for Amazon, I'm in a state where they don't sell this brand! When I tried this for the first time, I thought I was in a dream. The ingredients are straight forward and you don't have to worry about pronouncing strange stuff.... OH, and you don't have to mortgage your house to afford it. I like that because a lot of healthy stuff is really expensive. Love it, love it, love it!Not too sweet, just right....
