its ok for the most part yes it does heat up area you put it on so that's a plus

im going on vacation in less then 2 months and wanted to get my abs as visible as possible. I have been working out but I wanted to speed up the fat burning process so I got some other fat burning cream which claimed to work during workout but I was disappointed. After a week of using it during vigorous workouts I still didn't feel any burn at all! So then I found this one to give it a shot. I put some on while I was at home just to see if I would feel anything. Unfortunately I didn't :( I was starting to get disappointed again. Next day I put some on and went to the gym. After about a half hour of moderate workout I FELT IT burning a little so I got a bit happy. After I left the gym and got to my car... WOW!! I CAN FEEL THE BURN! Good stuff!! I also use it at night after a hot shower, you can feel a bit burning as well. I can't say that this will/is making a difference cuz i've only had it about a week. But definitely feeling it. CONS: I will say that for the price I paid (about $25 at the time) it is a small amount and will probably not last long. Either increase the amount of the bottle or drop the price a bit. Thanks

It arrived on time that was good. How can I start off first of all 4oz ain't much it's very little so I think it's over priced on that and for what it did didn't do much didn't feel a thing going on tryed it two times a day and over night didn't notice a thing or tightening tryed it also pre workout fasted. I was super disappointed on this one all other products are great but this one tony idk what to say :/

Im over 50 and down to about 12% BF and could not get the last flabby belly fat to drop. Tried serious calorie deficit and other techniques with limited success. I couldn't make progress. Tried this cream and am seeing noticeable results in the first month. Of course I only use it fasted and am doing fasted cardio. I am also doing some other thermo sups and together they really heat up. Its not magic but is helping - I know, everyone says you can't target belly fat but this cream with a sauna belt, to increase blood flow, along with fasted cardio is showing a difference I can see and so can my wife so... There is some science to Yohimbine and belly fat so give it a try but you must be in a deficit and fasted - insulin negates its effectiveness (or so Ive read).My only criticism is there is not much information to determine how much to use or dosing. I realize it depends on absorption but a little information.

Ii recommend getting two bottles to try rather than one.. I used one bottle and didn't notice much.. I'm pretty lean too..KINDA PRICEY FOR 8oz too....

This stuff is legit. Use it fasted before cardio. Only 4 stars though because when you sweat it starts to rub off on your clothes. Sometimes I will run with my shirt off and it still starts to accumulate. All in all though, this is very effective with the yohimbine hcl at reducing fat it trouble areas around my lower back.
