This is a good belt that helps with lower back pain related to pregnancy. My back started hurting early on in pregnancy so I ordered this belt. I can tell it does relieve the pain and it helps me be more flexible and less stiff.

The product arrived on time and had very clear yet simple instructions on how to wear and adjust the band. I am 322lbs and was concerned the plus size option still would not fit. I spent over an hour looking at different products and reviews before choosing this one and grateful i did! It fits great with plenty of room to spare and has been so helpful for what i needed. Between my apron belly and growing baby i have muscle weakening and tearing in the bottom of my stomach and it was excruciating but the band helps retain tension not only preventing things from getting worse but it also relieves the pain. It’s comfortable, the belly portion breathes well so i don’t sweat as much and it fits great. My only issue is i sometimes struggle getting it as tight as i need but that’s due to my body dimensions and not the product itself. It was definitely worth the buy for me.

It is more comfortable than I thought it would be, it’s super noticeable under clothes and gives some relief but not as much as I thought it would. However, my son sits very low on my pelvic so even a little relief is great

This brace is very comfortable. I use it daily and helps relieve stress on my belly at 7 months pregnant.

I like the band, fits nice and supports belly. Problem is… it’s hard to get off bc it’s strapped on so tight that it is also not safe with how much strength you need to use. At 35 weeks pregnant… i need help to take it off :/

I bought the plus size belt, pre pregnancy size 16-18, the belt does stretch out over time of use. I was going to get another regular size belt but since my belly is growing I’m glad I didn't, I still have room in the belt straps to tighten it or loosen it! It’s perfect and I haven’t outgrown it!! This belt saved my back and hips!!!

I am 7 months pregnant and have been dealing with a lot of Pelvic/Hip pain which I didn't have in my first pregnancy. After speaking with my doctor, she told me to get myself a "Belly Band" to lift some of that extra weight off my hips/pelvis that was causing me symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD - collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by a stiffness of your pelvic joints or the joints moving unevenly at either the back or front of your pelvis).I found this one and liked the style and price. LET ME JUST SAY, BEST INVESTMENT!!! I have been wearing mine during the day (ONLY) for the past 2-3 days and it has made a huge difference already. I no longer have the excruciating hip pain when I stand/sit too long (or chase after my toddler). The weight on my hips/pelvis are far lessened. It is extremely comfortable. It is soft and adjustable based on the amount of tension I put on. I haven't found myself sweating in it, which is a bonus too, meaning it is light weight and breathable.HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for pregnant mamas who need a little support for their growing bellies!

This kinda helps with supporting my belly. I mainly use it to keep everything held tight as I drive a 10 mile bumpy dirt road (very bumpy) to and from home. It helps for this but I don't really care to wear it during daily activities as it isn't flattering and kinda makes things more difficult to do because it's stiff and constricting. But I do recommend it for that miserable car ride.

La calidad es buena, pero la comodidad depende de cada embarazo. Yo no la aguanto cuando estoy sentada, solo al caminar. Es incómoda para poner y quitar, siempre deben ayudarte a ponerla. Yo siento mucha presión y me empieza a doler debajo del vientre, entonces no la recomiendo por periodos largos.

This belt is fantastic quality, very easy to put in and makes a great difference. I was experiencing pain in my lower bump (28 weeks pregnant) and this belt has been fantastic. The relief since I put it on is incredible! I would highly recommend this product 😊

I bought me the belly bet since my 34 weeks pregnancy. It does help me a lot when i take a walk or do yogas by releasing a quiet bit weight from the front side. Usually after 30 min walk i would feel the uncomfort from the under belly. But with the belt i feel i can walk longer without any problems. But do notice that pull off the belt while you’re not active so you and the baby don’t get pressed throughout. For the length, size s is pretty long and enough for me to get good wrapped (64kg in pregnancy and 51kg before). If the belt can help in Post pregnancy i can not tell yet. But it says so in product description. Hope the rewiew can help you.

Fue la mejor compra que realicé para mi embarazo. Me sirvió mucho para caminar, estar de pie y en general ayudar al soporte de la panza de bebé . Material resistente y el velcro sigue intacto después de casi de 6 meses de usarlo
