These are easy to make and very delicious - I enjoyed all 3 flavours - and seriously filling..Great fibre content which we all know can lack in a keto diet, add some cream or a keto frosting and you’ve got yourself a ‘carb fix’ without the sugars and throwing yourself out of keto. Good for those girlie moments of the month when you can go off the rails and with good quality ingredients these are definitely a winner plus a UK based company! Will be buying these again

This filled a good size cup which was a pleasant surprise. But I couldn’t taste anything. It was like eating wood chip which was disappointing. I’ll add some cocoa powder next time as an experiment.

These do exactly what they say on the packet, however as a 55 year old with aging eyes I thought the packet read 15 mins in the microwave, instead of 1.5 mins. As I've never been very good in the kitchen dept I duly set my microwave to 15 mins. After 12 mins my kitchen was full of smoke pouring out of my microwave which was when I realised my mistake. On the 2nd Attempt these are really tasty quick Chocolate puddings in a cup.

I bought these for family members that are trying to loose weight or are celiac.1.) Didn't know that three would be attached together so unable to separate to share between multiple people2.) These were meant to be Christmas presents but the best before date is the 30th December 2022 which isn't mentioned anywhere and doesn't give people long to use - not allowed to return item either and rebuy at a closer date3.) Taste disgusting. I eat everything and anything but couldn't bring myself to finish this. Maybe with some warm sauce might be better but along its very dry and tasteless.I think the idea is good but it's very expensive for what it is.

Received my order next day with a cute little note and a freebie (very lovely touch). The cakes were super easy to make and my 11yr thoroughly enjoyed making and eating them. I didn’t have the heart to tell him it was low-carb…I clearly didn’t need to either

In my opinion, revolting taste and does not make a mug ‘cake’. More like a scrambled mush. Leaves horrid aftertaste too.

This was an easy, tasty healthy treat to keep you on track.
