couldn't even connect to internet off wifi, there was no instructions to assist on anything, and when you call your service provider if you have a problem and they ask you what kind of phone you have and your like, ummm I dont know, NO Name brand, I sent it back and bought the galaxy.................. Now Im happy, don't buy this phone!!!!!

In had a great experience with this phone but it was slow and no room for APS. No one could hear me on the phone so I had to get a new phone. Not a bad phone its cute in style just some bad deal breakers

The phone in the picture did not come as the phone I had previously ordered. It was a note. Huge phone, worked amazing.

Thought it was a nice phone overall - but after I received it, and reset it, got it set up at my carrier (T-Mobile), I brought it home and discovered that the internal speaker did not work ... so much for using it as an actual phone ... had to return it :-(Good points:Lots of real estate on the screen and Google Play apps availableBad Points:Battery drains rather quickly - screen frequently blacked out - backlight on the screen is really inconsistent in its brightness - user interface reacts to touch very slowly taking up to 20 seconds to react to user touch - 5.0 MP camera has bad color and grainy resolution - and of course, issues with the internal speaker ... I won't buy another one ...

It was a great phone

So far it's a good product, only had it for a few days, so still learning how to operate it.
