Sucks! It’s loud, gigantic and massively underpowered. It’s not even as strong as my Hitachi and it’s 4x the size. You can tell it’s mostly hollow and made gigantic to sell it as “powerful”. It’s not. Don’t waste your money, get a Hitachi.

It's WAY bigger than I was anticipating. Like...lamp sized. It's hilariously huge. And it'll make your hand go numb if you use it for any period of time. There's also a little warning sticker on the side that says not to use it for more than thirty minutes. I believe that. Pretty sure you'd get nerve damage. So...use with caution.Otherwise, it's great if you're looking for intensity. A bit loud though. Functions as it should, and has a very sturdy cord.

I would like to first state that I was a little shocked when the package came in the mail but I was in need of a powerful massager and was willing to give it a try. Does it vibrate, yes as someone else had stated its not as powerful as you are led to believe, but it did the job. Unfortunately I had to have it surgically removed and it came back to me in pieces so I am not sure it is covered in the warranty.
