The Promar bait motel is great for keeping bait alive. More importantly, it has a secure closure on the top to keep those shiners from leaping to freedom. While it doesn't appear too sturdy, it should last a season or two.

Good bait keeper. It would be nice if there was some kind of wight to submerge this during hot weather. We have been using a rock, but awkword and is rough on the mesh.
