I’m somewhere between a 3-4 start. The kit looks very on my 03 sportster. The only issue was the spacers between the engine and the air cleaner are too short. I ended up using the stock spacers and the old gasket to give me the clearance needed. Maybe I was missing something, but there are no instructions included. All in all, I’m happy with it. Price was good and looks good.

Received before expected, it does not have instructions however it is very simple to figure out.Installation was a snap, some others have referenced missing parts, I did not experience this. Bolted right up to my 2012 HD Sportster. Looks fantastic, much better than the stock box it replaced. The other benefit is my knee will no longer bump it. Great product, highly recommend.

Within 5 miles of riding i noticed what looked like black spots on the folds of the filter element. upon a closer look I realized that they were actually HOLES!!! The element was deteriorating after only 5 miles and the tiny chunks were of course going into my motor!!! Fits great! Although I needed a few washers for the spacers cause they were a little short. Easy fix. Get some chrome washers from Menards. Cheap and work/looks great.

Didn't fit on my 883 with the supplied hardware. I had to make or buy new hardware.Looks good and helped performance.

Fits my 09 sportster. I did have to use washers to make everything including the filter fit correctly.

The air cleaner arrived quickly and had all parts. The only issue I had was the spacers for the breather tubes were too small. So I had to add 3 washers on each side. My bike has a carb and that may be the spacer difference. Other than that the air cleaner looks nice and has a good chrome finish. I would buy again.

I installed this kit on my 2003 XL883C, it looks great and was a breeze to install. No additional washers needed and the threads were all good. Not really sure about the filter, it may be a cheap one that might deteriorate after a few km’s... we’ll see. No instructions included but you can easily figure it out.
