completely unreliable
My resting heartrate, measured manually using a timer, is 65. My resting heartrate, according to this device, is 90-105. That's not "inaccurate"; that is "absurd".EDIT: I am being pestered by e-mails from the seller after writing this review. They are offering me a refund if I will edit or withdraw this review. (In fact I have already received a refund from Amazon.)Looking at the other reviews, a large number of them seem to be from users who are writing many positive reviews, in bad English, of items imported from China. Amazon does not seem to want to police this.

Data tracking counts are WAY off of reality.
I am editing my review down to one star-- It is not accurate, and it irritates my wrist so much that I can no longer wear it.The steps counted are way off-- the steps counted seemed a bit high, so I've done a few short tests. Seems to be counting at least a third more steps than I actually take. I woke up once to my pedometer saying that I took 50 steps while I slept. I KNOW that I don't sleep walk. The heart rate won't read accurately (if at all while I am active)-- actual heart rate: 140+, heart rate displayed: 60 and dropping...? Heart rate measured while standing still seems to be OK. But sometimes the app is so glitchy that by the time the app and the device pair up and start to take a reading, I've already been standing still for a minute... what's the point of an activity monitor you can't use while you're actually active? The sleep monitor is interesting. Obviously the only way to get a REAL sleep monitor is to monitor brain wave activity. I assume this is based more on heart rate and how much you do or don't move as you sleep. For HOW it measures your sleep, I would say the sleep monitor is pretty useful and accurate.I've had this for about a week, and I will keep working with it to see if I can get more accurate numbers, but for now, I regret buying this.

Good activity watch with phone alerts for $25!
For $25, you can't beat what this watch has to offer. I've had it about 10 days now and it registers my steps, miles of activity, BPM, and sleep patterns. How accurate those are remains to be tested on my part; however, I do know it's making me more active looking at the steps I am or am not taking throughout the day. I purchased this watch also because you can sync different apps to it for notification. It automatically comes with text, call, and Facebook notifications. (I did not turn on the Facebook notifications.) I did turn on the WhatsApp push messages and that works great. I turned off the notification if the phone loses bluetooth connection to the watch. I also turned off the "wake up face" option every time I moved my arm. That got annoying to me real quick. haha. I personally only want to be notified with a vibrate alert if I have a call, text, or WhatsApp message. I get those 3 things and the activity tracking. (I have a Samsung S7 Edge with the latest Android operating system.)The reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because the bluetooth connection distance is poor. I live in a smaller home and the watch will lose connection from the living room to the bedroom. I wish I could leave the phone in one central spot in the house and trust I'll stay bluetooth connected and only have to have the phone near me if I'm alerted. Instead, I have to have my phone with me in order to know the watch is connected for alerts. Despite this concern, I plan to keep it.Battery life seems great. In 10 days, I've only had to charge it once (after the initial charge).

Need to 'Sync' manually Sometimes.
I bought two LEMFO Smart watches. Both work fine. There were difficulties with mine syncing wit the app. My wife's worked fine. I went online and found a good, short, video on YouTube. The initial problem I had was with syncing. The first two days were fine, but the third day did not sync at all. I went online and found that the app could be more responsive. Simple solution. Open the app and pull down the "Steps" screen, then hold your finger on the circle. This brought up the "syncing" message; I did the same for the sleep page. I discovered that the app recovered the previous day's "lost" info too. While I'm sure there are better fitness tracking devises out there, you can't beat the price of LEMFO.

Nope.
The copious positive for this fitness watch reviews can't be real. I ordered two of these--one for my husband and one for me. One stopped working after about a week, and the other barely works--so glitchy it isn't worth using. They are junk. I have a Fitbit Charge 2 now, which was worth every penny because it actually works, and the features are so much more sophisticated (actual, legitimate sleep stages instead of just "light" and "deep", long term cardio, sleep, and fitness graphing instead of just in-the-moment tracking, and so many more useful features). I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for, and maybe less in this case.

READ! buy something else; great just as a standalone pedometer though
It does what it's intended but the app itself drains my phone battery. My other problem is the BPM (heart/blood pressure monitor), doesn't tell me a correct # even though I was on an elliptical that also checks my heart rate. Not sure how tight i need the watch to be in order to get a more accurate reading. Still working the kinks, but I feel like it needs to be charged after a day. I just got it so I may have to update in a month.edit: making it go to 1 star. thought i should reinstall the app...now my phone won't stop resetting.edit 2: customer service is on point and was trying to help me out. decided to just return it, but they do respond promptly, hence the 4 stars

Not a great product, but good customer service
When I received it, it wasn't charged (which maybe was how it was supposed to be), so I charged it overnight. The next day, I was excited to try it out. By 12pm, the battery was at 75% and by 5pm, it was completely dead. I plugged it back in and charged overnight and the battery only charged to 75%. It died again after 3 hr of use. I liked the size of this band (its nice and slender), the performance leaves much to be desired.UPDATE: The seller did offer me a replacement or refund, which I appreciate and why I have given an extra star for good customer service.
