This glows under black light just as advertised. Even better than we imagined!!! This is not glow in the dark. You must have a black light. I recommend this product! Also, balloons were so buttery soft. Very easy to blow up with blower machine and east to tie. Came with everything we needed!! Great party!!

I bought this bundle (balloons, tablecloth, and happy birthday backdrop) after reading both the description by the seller, and perusing the reviews. I knew from the reviews that I was taking a risk on the actual "GLOW" factor of the balloons, and the reviews that mentioned very thin, non-glowing uv activated balloons were spot on. The balloons were a VERY thin latex, with very little actual color when blown up. I did NOT have any issues with them popping while inflating (only 1 out of the whole group actually popped). If you do choose to purchase these particular balloons, I would recommend also purchasing a separate UV Light to place directly above or below the balloons. I think that would have solved the lack of actual GLOW.The other items in the package were above reproach, both the backdrop and tablecloth were excellent quality and brightly colored. The shipping was super fast and everything in the box was neatly labeled and packaged. It was a great deal at $21.00 for the bundle, and in the end I knew I was taking a risk with the balloons, but that's not the sellers fault!If I did it again I would but the backdrop and tablecloth as one set, and pay the extra for a package of balloons from glow king! And maybe add the extra UV Light just in case!!
