It works great! I'm in bed writing this review and it is placed downstairs. I'll try to add a pic later if I can... xfinity upgraded our cable box and the new one doesnt have the time on it. We missed that convenience so much I had to order a clock. This one is perfect. It's big enough to read and the blue light is perfect. Sound is great if you're looking for an alarm clock! 1st morning happened to be a day odd and I guess the alarm was set for 6am. It woke me up and I was on a different level and my door was shut.

Update 9/28/22: the manufacturer reached out to me after seeing my last update about how the alarm didn’t go off in the morning and they offered to send me a replacement without having to deal with the hassle of sending the other clock back! They offer 18 month warranties, so even if you do have issues with your clock, let them know!! Great customer service!Update 9/15/22: last night I plugged it into my room, set the current time, set my alarm for 6:40 AM, made sure the volume was up, set a backup alarm on my phone for 6:50am….and boy am I glad I did that because the 6:40 alarm didn’t go off on the alarm clock! When I woke up I double checked it to make sure it was in fact set to 6:40 Am(not pm)…it was. Checked to make sure the volume was up. It was. Checked to make sure the alarm button was actually on. It was. So I’m not super happy. It worked fine for my test of the alarm a few weeks ago when it first arrived. Docking a few stars for this major glitch.——-8/22/22 Test run: I had a hard time finding an alarm clock with volume control for the buzzer. My bedroom is right next to my second shifter brother’s room and I didn’t want my other freakishly loud alarm clock to be waking him up. This has a dial for the volume instead of just like a low and high option, which I love. Because even the low option on my other alarm clock was super loud. Also love that you can control the brightness of the display!

I purchased this for my son upon request by him for more independence. He’s now been waking up to the sound of birds, in a good mood, and comes to me once he is ready to have his hair done (he’s young). It’s made him proud of all that he can accomplish without my help and he feels like a big boy 😂He also chooses what night light color he wants every night and putting him to bed has no longer been a struggle.Get this!I’m definitely going to buy one for younger sister!

UPDATE: As other reviewers have mentioned, customer service is excellent, so I have updated to 4 stars. They reached out to me and even followed up when I didn't respond after a little while (the original email had landed in my spam folder). I was given the option for a replacement or full refund. Because of my unique shipping situation, I chose to get a refund, which they processed very quickly and without hassle. I plan on using the refund to buy the same clock as a replacement once it's convenient for me to ship it, because plug issue aside (which I haven't seen happen with other reviewers, so it's probably a one-off situation) my kids do really like it. If the new clock has no issues, I'll be happy to write a new 5-star review, or update this one to reflect that.--My kids really like this alarm clock; the coloured night light appeals to them, and the numbers were easy to read. They like changing up the sound of the alarm from time to time. However, after 6 weeks on my kids' desk, the part of charger that plugs into the back of the clock broke off in the clock while they were changing the alarm tone.If the break was at the base of the plug, which is a high stress point, I might understand better, but this is genuinely an odd place for a break. Fortunately the battery backup means that the clock can still be used, but the numbers on the face are off unless you push a button on the clock--this is a battery saving feature, I understand, but it also makes it hard for kids to keep track of time if they have to do something to see the time, vs. just glancing at the clock on the table. That's definitely affected the clock's usefulness. I waited to see how long the batteries would last before leaving this review, and it's been about 2 weeks. Fortunately, I am using rechargeable batteries, but it's all less than ideal now. Which is too bad! Because as I said, the kids really liked it when it was fully functioning. I can't easily return this because I live abroad and had to have it shipped to me by a freight forwarder.

Only thing I don’t like is when you set it up or if the light happens to go out and you have to reset is that for some reason the screen is black! It says in the manual you might have to turn up the light. An of course you automatically think something is wrong. Till I happen to check the directions and seen it says that.. I could see if it came like that but once my lights went out and I had to turn the light back up?? It should of been up??

Great clock/alarm clock. I will be honest I use my iPhone for my alarm clock so I can't speak to the alarm part of the clock but enjoy having a digital clock to read when working from home and managing time away from work. Looks great, very ease to read, adjustable brightness, takes up little space, does exactly what I need for a great price point ($15.99).My only feedback to improve the product would be the power cord, I wish it was just a normal U.S. two prong without the block at the end as it would make it easier to plug into a power extension strip.I recommend this product for those who would enjoy an easy to read, adjustable brightness digital clock that has alarm functions.

I purchased this alarm clock in August 2021. It's a great alarm clock, you can adjust the volume, the brightness and choose from 5 alarm sounds. Worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when it started going blank occasionally, then just stopped working. I only ever keep it plugged into an outlet. I contacted the seller and they said it was under an 18 month warranty. They sent me a replacement within days. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Bought this for my son's room. Worked well for 3 weeks, then just as we hit day 22, the screen dimmer/brightness failed. All other functions seem to work, we just can’t see the screen readout. UPDATE: call the number on the product for warranty issues. They promptly sent a replacement. So far so good, exactly what I wanted for my sons room. And by promptly it arrived the very next day. Excellent customer service.

I've been using this a few weeks now.Haven't tried the USB port so can't comment on that.Pros:- easy to use - buttons are at the back but one of them has a tactile bell picture so it's extremely easy to set without looking at the back. Intuitive operation.- brightness adjustment - wonderful, it's just a wheel at the back, again easy to do without looking. But I will say, it does NOT go down to 0%, even at the lowest setting it's still visible if it's dark in the room, but it's so faint that it doesn't bother me. Some might even like that it can get so dark and yet you can still see the time.- 24-hour option- two dots between hours and minutes do NOT blinkCons:- grad-u-wake is really not that gradual, this was a big disappointment. It basically wakes me up immediately, and then it gets slightly louder but not much. Very small change in volume. There IS a volume control at the back, a wheel, but if you set it quieter then it stays quieter and might not wake you up. I've had other grad-u-wake alarm clocks in the past that were much better.- Very few sound options, although I guess most alarm clocks only give you one, so can't complain.- The plug is a bit on the large side, if you're using a power bar it would take up two spots. But the cord is fairly long, thin, and white (for the white alarm clock), so that's all good. And of course it's two-pronged, so you have two ways to plug it in.

I bought one of these for my daughter's room after she asked for an alarm clock so she could keep track of the time. She absolutely loves the rainbow numbers and the night light colour options are a nice touch. Some of the lights (like light blue) are extra bright and light up her room at night, while others are more subdued. She appreciates having the option to choose the amount of light in her room. We've been using it for many months now without issue. It's been such a favourite that her 8-year-old brother also asked for one for his birthday. Because the clocks are fairly compact, we've taken them on vacation and to the cottage so the kids can have a sleeping environment similar to their bedrooms at home. We're very pleased with this purchase.

On est d’accord que ce n’est pas un produit haut de gamme mais il fait la job. J’aurais peut-être aimé que la luminosité se règle automatiquement avec la lumière ambiante, que l’appareil soit plus lourd pour qu’il tienne bien en place sur la table de chevet, et un contrôle des boutons sur le dessus et non à l’arrière afin de ne pas manipuler l’horloge à chaque modification d’alarme par exemple. Les piles font office d’alimentation donc même en cas de coupure de courant, les led resteront allumées.Mais dans l’ensemble et vu son prix, son écran de bonne taille, il me plait.

I bought this clock to place on my entertainment unit. Just need a clock to display the time so I won’t be using the USB charging or alarm features. I am pleased with the clock’s size and its visibility. I am really happy that I am able to adjust the display’s brightness! I hope this product will be durable and accurate. “Time will tell…”
