Outsside Use only
My yard is very bmpy with lots of mole hills. This scooter handles nicely. I tried it inside the house. The turning radius is to great to work well indoors. When backing up, the speed is significantly reduced with a few seconds of delay before movement begins. It is delivered with virtually no assembly required. The biggest issue for assembly is getting the scooter lifted high enough to get the packing materials and pallet out from underneath.

this is the best thing I have bought
this is the best thing I have bought, and while it don't sound like it goes very fast, it zips along faster than you can possibly read the stuff on the shelves in the super mega stores that you can now go shop in cause you have the victory 10 lx ride. Love it

Great Scooter
Very good scooter. It has a nice look to it; very easy to assemble; very comfortable ride; its tiller or steering mount adjusts easily. I live in a good sized condominium community and use the scooter to get to and from the mail room (about 700 yards total) and to travel about the community visiting friends and such. The scooter has its limitations: the seat can hold one person; Its max speed is 5.5 mph. Its not fast or safe enough to travel on roads that have any kind of vehicle traffic. It heavy, you would need a combined lift and storage rack to transport.

Great Scooter
Let me start by saying I ordered the Pride Victory 10 LX w/CTS Suspension from Pride Mobility on June 2nd, it was shipped June 3rd and delivered June 11th by LR Carriers. A problem is the seat for the scooter ended up in Portland Oregon, 150 miles south of me. No, the packaging for the scooter was superb and undamaged, the seat, packaged separately, was banded to the top but some how got detached and headed south. My complaint is with LR Carriers because now they say the soonest they can get the seat to me is 3 days from now. Six days from the original delivery. Right now I'm working around their mistake using the seat from a rented 3 wheel Victory 10. The vendor Pride Mobility has been doing everything in their power tracking the missing seat and trying to get LR Carriers to deliver it sooner. I give Pride Mobility many kudos for working with me.Now to the scooter:Power:I've been using the Victory 10 LX for 3 days and am quite impressed. The neighborhood shopping area is close but to get there one must drive 4 blocks with an elevation drop of 300+ feet. The regenerative braking system does an excellent job keeping the scoot from going downhill out of control. Returning home the power of the scoot has no problem taking me back up those 300+ plus feet.Mobility:The 4 wheel Victory 10 LX does not turn as tightly as the 3 wheel Victory 10 but I found it's still quite manageable in the grocery store. On the other hand I feel being a 4 wheeler it's more stable than the 3 wheeler. This is important to me because sidewalks around here are not perfectly level, nor are they in the best shape. :-(Comfort:The CTS suspension actually does make the ride a bit smoother making it more comfortable than the Victory 10 3 wheeler.Overall:I feel the Pride Victory 10 LX w/CTS Suspension is an excellent purchase and the included Challenger Mobility Accessory Bundle is a nice plus. The only item I've used is the wire basket assembly for the back. So far I've used it to carry my portable oxygen concentrator but it's large enough for a small amount of groceries. For walking my dog it's possible to adjust the speed rheostat slow enough so the dog isn't running, unless I want her too. The turn signals are a nice accessory to let people/cars know if I'm planning to turn and using the 4 way flashers gives me a feeling of confidence when it's necessary to navigate on the street.Suggestions:When your scooter is delivered be sure you receive 2 packages, the scooter and the seat. :-) Now, when you're ready to unpack the scooter I'd suggest cutting the box so all 4 sides can be laid flat, then you're able to lay the scooter on its side to remove the Styrofoam wedges from the front and rear wheels.

Very dissatisfied so far !
The Pro's : Looks terrific , nicely outfitted, great lightsThe con's : No power, will not go up even slight inclines, very large turning radius.I have owned 3 Victory 10's since 2014 . I've been able to climb very steep hills with no problem at all with all of them .I've called Top Mobility 3 times over 3 weeks to get a service guy to look at it and finally have been called and told a "part " has been sent to a service person and they would call when it came in-nothing yet . I know it sounds like defective batteries but I had the 40AH batteries load tested and they were great. When I decided to update my scooter, I sold my old 4 wheel Victory 10 before this one ever got here so now I'm stuck. Not happy at all.
