GUDA 2.0 Plus model differs from GUDA 2.0 StandArt model in that it comes with a central bass tongue (aka ding), that bears certain similarity to a handpan. The sound hole is located at the bottom; it is closed with a removable wooden plug decorated with a logo (sound of the instrument with the plug installed is more accurate and clear whereas removed plug makes Guda`s sound more diffuse, atmospheric). As well as GUDA 2.0 StandArt, GUDA Plus 2.0 has a dual tongue design (main tone + octave overtone). Such design gives not only a noticeable increase in volume but also significantly enhances the sound, making it more voluminous and bright. You can play both sounds at the same time or alternately - that feature also expands the possibilities of GUDA player. The steel tongue drum GUDA 2.0/Plus is made of high-quality thick stainless steel by default.
