These supplements do exactly what they say. I had been drinking Om Mushroom Citrix Cold Drink and had then on subscription for a few years, they either stopped making it or aren’t making it right now, maybe. So all winter I bought Om coffee and pumpkin latte and mixed them together to get the same effect as these pills. I added powdered heavy cream to thicken it a little and added hot water. If I wanted it fancy I’d add cold heavy cream. I can’t have sugar. So no creamer. They are anywhere from $25 to $29 for the 8.47 oz/30 servings. These are cheaper and they last all day so they are very effective. , it helps me focus, gives me energy and helps my memory, there’s no taste. If you can swallow normal size capsules, you can swallow these. The dosage is 2 a day. I take them first thing in the morning. They literally last all day while I’m at work. I’m an accountant and I have to to stay focused and have the energy to keep going sometimes 16 to 18 hours a day.

Pleasantly surprised with these. I am always very skeptical of a supplement claims but these have indeed improved my mental focus, or concentration at work. It’s not a miracle pill and it’s a gentle shift but it is noticeable now when I forget to take them.200mg of caffeine is usually when helps my brain but it’s terrible for my heart and nervous system. This was one of a few alternatives I’ve tried and I love it. I am not jittery or jumpy, just…normal. It feels like it’s enabling me to manage the noise in my brain in order to focus on the task at hand and not go into fight or flight mode over the mental gymnastics I am used to. Wish the coating on it contained the mushroom flavor as I swallow them but that’s a minor issue.

I have been taking these for a couple of years now. When I say they work, they do. After my husband passed, I had the worst anxiety. It wrecked me. I did not want to start an rx because I didnt want to become dependent and so hard to get the right med/dosage. I decided to try these. Wow. Like first day, i felt so much better, focused and just over all sense of well being. I do not eat breakfast and i love that I can take these with just coffee or juice and not get that vitamin sicky feeling. So I unintentionally ran out one month and missed a day and I could tell instantly. I feel like the blend is the right dosage strong enough but they do not interfere with my other morning supplements. Only thing is I have noticed each bottle is 1 pill short, but Im willing to ignore that because they work so well.

OUTRAGEOUS PRICE INCREASE OVER WHAT I PAID 2 MONTHS AGO! I paid $21.20 in February and now they're asking $29+?? No way. I can't even tell if these are doing me any good, and at that price, I guess I will never know, because this is just flat-out unreasonable price increasing. It has to stop. I have heard good things about these Mushrooms, especially lions mane and turkey tail and Reishi, but this sort of outrageous pricing makes them out of my reach and rational consideration. Sorry, but this sort of hyper-inflation cannot go on. Very sad to have to give up the hope that these could help my hand neuropathy and memory problems. Please revise your pricing policies and make your items more reasonable for us consumers hard pressed during these times. Thank you.
