They cancelled my refund and return request. And now not responding properly. 😡

Thermostat is not working
even when set at low Temperature, it doesn't get switched off. keeps running till we switch it off !!!!

Product is good but customer support is extremely pathetic...
The product shows good features.. the functions work through an app.. but after one month of use, the wifi feature stopped working. The customer support is extremely pathetic as they do not respond to the complaint. So the product, though in warranty, lies as an useless item in the room...

Sleek and Elegant
Well just received about an hour ago. Seems to be nice product. Used it for 5 minutes just to check whether it works without being Smart, so ok it works, not depend on wifi connectivity. Next after use during winters
